Description
Claims (16)
- 적어도 시멘트, 골재 및 물을 포함하는 혼합재 (1)를 포함하는 형태의 포장용 콘크리트 재료에 있어서,- 상기 시멘트는 실질적으로 250 내지 450 kg/㎥ 범위의 양이고, 상기 시멘트에 대한 물의 중량비가 실질적으로 0.35 또는 그 이하로 유지되고,- 상기 골재의 적어도 주요 중량부가 석재를 분쇄하여 얻은 실질적으로 선형 치수가 균일한 대형 골재(2)로 구성되고,- 상기 혼합재 (1)은 연속 필라멘트의 형태로 조직된 내알칼리성의 AR형 글라스 얀 (glass yarn)(5)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용 콘크리트 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 글라스 얀(5)은 시멘트에 대하여 50 중량% 미만의 양으로 제공되는 것인 포장용 콘크리트 재료.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 글라스 얀(5)은 시멘트에 대하여 실질적으로 5 중량%내지 10 중량% 범위의 양으로 제공되는 것인 포장용 콘크리트 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 글라스 얀(5)은 직경이 실질적으로 14 마이크론이고,길이가 실질적으로 60 mm 이하인 필라멘트로 정의되는 것인 포장용 콘크리트 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대형 골재 (2)는 상기 골재의 80 중량% 이상으로 구성되는 것인 포장용 콘크리트 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대형 골재 (2)의 최대 선형 치수는 5 mm를 초과한 것인 포장용 콘크리트 재료.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 대형 골재 (2)의 최대 선형 치수는 소정의 평균 값으로부터 50% 미만 이탈하는 것인 포장용 콘크리트 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대형 골재 (2)는 반암, 석회암, 현무암 및 동종류의 것으로부터 선택되고, 최대 선형 치수가 실질적으로 8 내지 15 mm 범위이거나 약 10 내지 16 mm 범위인 것인 포장용 콘크리트 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대형 골재 (2)는 석영, 인규석, 홍연석 및 동종류의 규토질 재료로부터 선택되고, 최대 선형 치수가 실질적으로 8 내지 25 mm 범위인 것인 포장용 콘크리트 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 골재는 실질적으로 80 중량% 이상이 대형 골재 (2)이고, 나머지는 선형 치수가 실질적으로 2 mm 이하의 골재인 포장용 콘크리트 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실질적으로 80 중량% 이상이 대형 골재(2)이고, 나머지는 모래인 포장용 콘크리트 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시멘트는 실질적으로 350 내지 400 kg/㎥ 범위인 포장용 콘크리트 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물/시멘트 중량비는 바람직하게는 0.27 내지 0.34 범위인 포장용 콘크리트 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합재의 가공성을 촉진시키는데 적합한 화산암 활성이 있는 종류의 1종 이상의 유동성 첨가제가 존재하는 것인 포장용 콘크리트 재료.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 유동성 첨가제는 실질적으로 시멘트 총량의 10 중량% 또는 그 이하의 양으로 제공되는 것인 포장용 콘크리트 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합재 (1)에 대하여, 실질적으로 1900 내지 2400 km/m3범위의 콘크리트 재료의 습윤 밀도 값이 제공되는 것이 포장용 콘크리트 재료.
