Claims (4)
- 내연기관용 피스톤 핀 베어링으로서, 피스톤 핀이 장착되어 있는 허브 보어를 구비하는 상기의 피스톤 핀 베어링에 있어서,상기 허브 보어(2)의 측면(5)은 그 전체 기본 핀 길이를 따라서 허브 적도부-허브 천정부-허브 적도부의 영역에서 고타원형으로 형성되며, 타원형의 파라미터 표시는,x = b/2 x cosα}y = a/2 x sin α}, 여기서 0°≤ α ≤ 180°이며; 그리고허브 적도부-허브 천저부-허브 적도부의 영역은 원형의 실린더 형상이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 핀 베어링:여기서,a : 큰 타원형 직경;b = D : 작은 타원형 직경;D : 원통형 허브부의 직경;α : z-축에 대향하는 무한대의 선이 형성하는 각도.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 허브 보어(2)에서 천정부(3)와 천저부(4)에 위치하는 외측면은 허브 보어 축에 대해 평행하게 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 피스톤(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 핀(8)이 원통형으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 피스톤(1).
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 핀(8)은 성형 그루브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 피스톤(1).
