Claims (1)
- 외부의 콘트롤 룸(Control Room)에 워크스테이션을 포함한 제어부(100)와, 2차측 청정지역(Containment Area)에 설치되며 상기 제어장치(100)와 전기적으로 연결된 전기모터부(110)와, 로봇(120)의 일측에 설치된 엔드 이펙트 플레이트(130)를 제어하는 원격제어부(140)와, 상기 전기모터부(110)와 전기적으로 연결됨과 아울러 상기 엔드 이펙트 플레이트(130)의 일측에 설치되어 전열관의 내경에 형성된 산화막을 제거하는 산화막제거수단(150)으로 구성된 증기발생기 전열관의 내경 산화막 제거장치에 있어서,상기 산화막제거수단(150)은,전기모터부(110)의 파워 케이블(160)에 전기적으로 연결된 굽힘형 회전축(150-1)과;상기 엔드 이펙트 플레이트(130)의 일측에 설치됨과 아울러 상기 굽힘형 회전축(150-1)를 전열관(200)으로 안내하는 클리닝가이드(150-3)와;상기 굽힘형 회전축(150-1)의 타측에 착탈가능하게 설치되고, 상기 굽힘형 회전축(150-1)의 회전 및 상하이동에 따라 전열관의 내경 또는 전열관의 입구측 외면에 형성된 산화막을 제거하는 브러시(150-5)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 증기발생기 전열관의 내경 산화막 제거장치.
