도 2는 종래 고압력 호모게나이저용 분사 모듈의 일례를 도시한 단면도이며,
도 3은 본 고안에 따른 고압력 호모게나이저의 사시도이고,
도 4는 본 고안에 따른 고압력 호모게나이저의 요부 발췌 사시도이며,
도 5는 본 고안에 따른 고압력 호모게나이저의 작동 상태를 나타내는 개념도이다.

Claims (1)
- 혼합된 유체를 저장하기 위한 탱크(110), 상기 탱크(110)에 저장된 유체를 고압으로 순환시키기 위한 고압축 펌프(120), 상기 고압축 펌프(120)에 의한 압력으로 유체를 분사로로 통과시켜 나노 사이즈로 자른 후 유화되도록 하는 분사 모듈(130)과 상기 분사 모듈(130)을 통과한 유체를 냉각시키기 위한 열교환기(140)가 고압력 관으로 연결 구성되는 고압력 호모게나이저(100)에 있어서, 탱크(110)와 분사 모듈(130)이 연결관(111)으로 연결되어지되 분지기(112)에 의하여 분지된 제1연결관(113)과 제2연결관(114)이 분사 모듈(130) 전,후의 제1배출관(131)과 제2배출관(132) 중간에 연결설치되며, 연결관(111) 중간에 고압축 펌프(120)가 연결되고, 제1배출관(131)과 열교환기(140)가 연결되며, 제1연결관(113)과 제2연결관(114)이 연결된 제1배출관(131)과 제2배출관(132)의 연결부분 좌,우 및 제1연결관(113)과 제2연결관(114) 중간에 고압밸브(150, 151, 152, 153)를 설치하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 고압력 호모게나이저.
