Claims (3)
- 원통형의 구조로 외측에는 벤츄리관(11)이 관통 결합되고, 내부에는 상기 벤츄리관(11)을 통해 공급되는 가스를 상측으로 분출 안내하도록 가스실(12)이 마련된 버너본체(10);
상기 버너본체(10)의 내부에 안착되어 상측으로 분출되는 가스를 방사상으로 확산 시키는 확산부재(20);
상기 버너본체(10)와 확산부재(20) 사이에 삽입 설치되며, 표면에는 다수의 염공(31)들이 형성된 버너헤드(30);
상기 버너본체(10)의 내주면 일부가 절개되어 형성된 절개면(41)과, 상기 절개면(41)에 설치되는 점화플러그(42) 및, 상기 버너헤드(30)측으로 분출되는 가스의 일부를 상기 점화플러그(42)측으로 안내 공급하도록 상기 버너본체(10)의 내주면 일부가 절개되어 형성된 가스유도홀(43)을 갖는 점화수단(40); 및
상기 가스유도홀(43) 내에 삽입 설치되는 부싱(51)과, 상기 부싱(51)의 상단 내부에 고정 설치되며 금속분말을 고온 및 고압에서 압착하여 표면에 미세한 다공이 형성된 금속필터(52)로 이루어지는 착화유도수단(50)을 포함하여 구성됨으로써, 점화플러그(42)측으로 안내 공급되는 분출가스의 분출압력을 저 분출압 상태로 분출 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 착화 유도수단이 구비된 가스버너. - 삭제
