Abstract

Patent Publication No. 10-2425301 provides a structure that allows the sole to be more easily and precisely joined to the head of a park golf club, a technology that allows the sole joined to the head to be perfectly joined and integrated, and an eco-friendly adhesive that is harmless to the human body and has an extremely excellent bonding strength between wood and brass, as well as a method for manufacturing the same. However, there is a problem that the fastening between the head and the shaft is poor, and there is also a problem that the setting structure for alignment with the head, shaft, and handle is not clearly presented.

In addition, Patent Publication No. 10-2440638 provides a durable park golf club joint structure and a joint method in which the head and the shaft are firmly connected when assembling the park golf club so that the head does not easily move or shake even with repeated hits, and also provides a shaft structure and a manufacturing method for ensuring a strong connection between the head and the shaft. The present invention has been devised to solve the above-mentioned defects of the conventional golf club, and has a head that allows the user to easily secure a uniform hitting angle when hitting the golf ball with the face of the head.

The shaft portion connected to the head portion and the handle portion is provided with a hose ring and a grip ring that can be firmly fixed and supported so that the connecting portions can be firmly maintained.

The handle part is designed to increase the user's grip convenience and to transmit uniform force to the head part, and to maintain a constant striking angle, so that a safe striking can be performed by adjusting the position of the straight tube with the cut surface of the handle part without having to visually observe the head part.

The main purpose of this invention is to provide a park golf club assembly structure that enhances the convenience of head alignment and gripping ability by providing a golf ball pickup tool, a rubber pack for a cane, and an absorbent rubber pack for improved user convenience in a finishing cap inserted into the outer end of the handle portion.

The present invention is provided such that a sole cover of brass 2 to 3T thick that rubs against the ground is fastened to a body made of wood as shown in FIGS. 1 to 11, and a fabric carbon face made of T650 to 750 carbon yarn in the form of a fabric is fastened to one side of the body, and an insertion groove of a circular or eccentric shape is provided on one side of the upper side of the body, and a head part having a hooking step on the upper side thereof and an expanding support groove on the upper side of the hooking step is provided.

As shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 5, the straight pipe (350) is provided so that the twist angle of the face (110) can be adjusted according to the twist grip shape of the cut surface (340) for an accurate striking angle (T) when striking a golf ball (B) with the side face (110) of the head portion (1) having no loft angle.

As shown in Fig. 11, the center connecting hole (359c) of the straight pipe (350) may be provided with an eccentric cut groove (350-8).

As shown in Fig. 8, the head portion (1) may be provided with a shaft portion (2) fitted into an insertion groove (121) of the body (120) and an anti-twist pin (P) inserted into the side of the hose ring (210) so that they can be fixed.

As shown in Fig. 1, a sole cover (130) made of brass with a thickness of 2 to 3T is provided to ensure slip resistance and strong durability when rubbed against the ground grass, and is fastened and fixed to a body (120) made of wood on the upper side.

In addition, the upper side of the body (120) is provided with a circular or eccentric insertion groove (121) at a constant angle of inclination, so that the shaft (220) inserted into the insertion groove (121) having the angle of inclination can be firmly maintained without distortion, and a catch step (122) is provided on the inner upper side of the insertion groove (121), and the upper side of the catch step (122) is operated so that the shaft (220) can be firmly maintained by a support groove (123) that is expanded.

In a state where the shaft (220) is fixedly supported by bonding or forcibly fitting to the head portion (1) above, an aluminum hose ring (210) is simultaneously inserted into the support groove (123) to disperse the impact resulting from the swing motion, thereby increasing durability.

As shown in Fig. 2, the hose ring (210) has a connecting hole (211) penetrating through the center, a groove (222) engraved on the outer surface of the body ring (215), and several aiming grooves (223) engraved at equal intervals on the circular outer surface above it, providing convenience for the user to align in various forms.

As shown in Fig. 2, the insertion groove (121) of the head portion (1) is provided with a shaft (220) manufactured in a circular or eccentric shape by weaving T650 to 750 series carbon yarns with high-strength carbon tape at a 45° angle, and the shaft (220) is manufactured with a total weight of at least 50 to 54 g for the entire length to reduce weight and increase elasticity.

When inserting into the above insertion groove (121) and fixing it, either bonding or force fitting can be selected to firmly fix and support it.

As shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 3 to FIG. 4, the upper side of the shaft portion (2) is provided with an aluminum grip ring (310) so that the straight pipe (350) installed at the rear end thereof can be precisely fixed and supported.

The grip ring (310) above has a support body (315) that penetrates the center, and has several engraved sight grooves (314) at equal intervals on the lower circular outer surface thereof, so that the user can see the sight grooves (314) when hitting a golf ball (B) and help maintain alignment.

The upper part of the above-mentioned gauge groove (314) is provided with a catch plate (319) having a flat surface (313) cut on one side, so as to be aligned with the cut surface (340) of the straight pipe (350) and maintain alignment.

The upper side of the above-mentioned hook plate (319) is provided with a circular or eccentric insertion shaft tube (311), and the rear end of the insertion shaft tube (311) of the grip ring (310) is provided with a straight tube (350) having a length of 27 to 29 cm and a longitudinal cut surface (340) on one side of the outer surface thereof, and is provided in a circular or eccentric manner in the central connecting hole (359c) so that it is fixed in a bonding or force-fitting form after insertion of the shaft, so that the user can use it in response to various types of swing movements while maintaining a uniform grip force.

The outer diameter of the above straight pipe (350) is provided within the range of 25 to 28 mm to increase gripping ability.

On the outer surface of the cut surface (340) of the above straight pipe (350), a grip cloth (320) is bonded and fixed with EVA material, a plastic material copolymerized with ethylene and vinyl acetate to improve gripping efficiency, and rubber with excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance, and chemical resistance, so that the user can operate safely while improving gripping efficiency.

The outer side of the above straight pipe (350) is provided with a handle part (3) into which a closing cap (330) is inserted and fixed, so that a simple and safe swinging motion can be performed.

As shown in Fig. 11, the central connecting hole (359c) of the straight pipe (350) is provided with a circular or eccentric eccentric cut groove (350-8) to prevent twisting due to the swinging motion after the handle part (3) and the shaft part (2) are fastened.

As shown in FIG. 3 or FIG. 6, the closing cap (330) has an insertion body (331) having a center that is perforated and an outer surface that is circular or eccentric, and has a packing ring (332) on the lower outer surface thereof so that it can be firmly fixed and supported.

The upper side of the above packing ring (332) is provided with a catch plate (333) having a cut surface (334) on one side so that the cut surface (334) is maintained identical to the cut surface (340) of the straight pipe (350) and the flat surface (313) of the grip ring (310), so that the user can easily maintain alignment.

A noise exhaust hole (335) is provided in the center of the upper surface of the above-mentioned catch plate (333) to absorb and exhaust the shock generated in the internal space of the shaft when struck, thereby reducing the noise generated when struck.

As shown in Fig. 8, the insertion groove (121) is provided with an alignment maintenance pin (121-1) protruding from one or both sides on the inner surface, and a semicircular entry guide piece (121-2) is provided on the upper side thereof so that when the cut groove (225-1) of the shaft (220) is fitted, the entry guide piece (121-2) and the round groove (226-1) are engaged and aligned.

Alternatively, the upper inner surface of the above-mentioned entry guide piece (121-2) is optionally provided with a catch piece (121-5) on one or both sides to fit into the catch groove (228-1) and prevent separation to the outside.

As shown in (a) and (b) of FIG. 7 or FIG. 8, the shaft (220) is provided with a longitudinal cut groove (225) (225-1) on one or both sides, and a round groove (226) (226-1) is provided on the inside of the cut groove (225) (225-1), so that the shaft is easily inserted and aligned by the round groove (226) (226-1) when entering.

An entry guide groove (227) (227-1) is provided at the opposite end of the above round groove (226) (226-1) to expand the error range that occurs during insertion and operate so that it can be guided to the above cutting groove (225) (225-1).

Alternatively, a concave engaging groove (228-1) is selectively applied to the inside of the round groove (226) (226-1) to prevent the shaft (220) from being dislodged from the outside.

In addition, as illustrated in FIG. 11, the shaft (220) is provided with an eccentric cut surface (220-8) on one side and an eccentric key surface (220-7) on the opposite side so that when inserted and fixed into the insertion groove (121) of the head portion (1), the eccentric key surface (220-7) engages with the eccentric key surface to prevent twisting, and the shaft is provided with an eccentric cut surface (220-8) on the opposite side so that it is fixedly supported by an eccentric connection hole (359c) of the straight pipe (350) so as to prevent twisting.

As shown in FIG. 3 or FIG. 5, the outer surface of the straight pipe (350) is provided with several engraved or raised embossed patterns (350-9) to increase grip and alignment, thereby increasing the user's grip and maintaining a constant grip force.

Alternatively, a honeycomb-patterned cut surface (320-1) that can secure adhesive force and cushion space of the grip cloth (320) attached to the outer surface of the linear pipe (350) is selectively applied in a negative or positive form to obtain a higher grip force.

As shown in (a) of FIG. 6 or FIG. 9 to FIG. 10, the closing cap (330) is provided with a golf ball pickup tool (50) that is provided by bending a wire to have a certain symmetrical angle of inclination so that a golf ball (B) can be inserted therebetween and picked up, and is provided so that the user can selectively insert it into the noise exhaust hole (335) and easily remove it, thereby operating to pick up the golf ball (B).

Or, as shown in (b) of Fig. 9, a support pin (60-1) is provided that is detachably fitted to the outer diameter of a straight pipe (350) and inserted into a noise exhaust hole (335), and a rubber pack (60) for a walking stick having several ground friction protrusions (60-2) is provided on the lower surface of the support pin (60-1) so that the worker can use it in the form of a walking stick on a hill or downhill while rounding.

In addition, as shown in (d) of FIG. 10, a golf ball suction type rubber pack (60-9) that is detachably fitted to the outer surface of the rubber pack (60) for the cane and forms a semicircular suction space is selectively applied to operate so that it can be easily picked up using air suction force.

As shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 5, the straight pipe (350) is provided so that the twist angle of the face (110) can be adjusted according to the twist grip shape of the cut surface (340) for an accurate striking angle (T) when striking a golf ball (B) with the side face (110) of the head portion (1) having no loft angle, so that the striking angle (T) can be easily adjusted according to the position of the cut surface (340).

As shown in Fig. 8, the head portion (1) is provided with a shaft portion (2) fitted into the insertion groove (121) of the body (120) and an anti-twist pin (P) inserted into the side of the hose ring (210) so that it can be fixed, thereby preventing separation due to impact and ensuring that the fastening of the shaft (220) and the body (120) is maintained uniformly.
