Claims (6)
- 서로 두께가 다른 2장의 알루미늄 블랭크를 맞대기 레이저 용접함에 있어서,상호 맞대어진 알루미늄 블랭크 상의 단차가 형성되는 전면에 대해서 두께가 두꺼운 알루미늄 블랭크의 용접 모서리부에 레이저빔의 초점을 설정폭으로 맞추어 레이저빔의 열전도를 이용하여 완전 용입이 되도록 용접조건을 설정하여 전면 전도용접을 수행하는 제1단계;상기 제1단계에 이어, 상기 상호 맞대어진 알루미늄 블랭크 상의 단차가 형성된 전면을 아래로 하고, 그 후면 용접부을 위로하여 레이저빔의 초점을 설정폭으로 맞추어 레이저빔의 열전도를 이용하여 후면 전도용접을 수행하는 제2단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 용접 블랭크의 레이저 용접 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 레이저 용접의 용접열원은 연속파 Nd:YAG 레이저빔으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 용접 블랭크의 레이저 용접 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 연속파 Nd:YAG 레이저빔의 용접시 최대출력은 그 두께가 1mm 대 1.8mm의 알루미늄 블랭크를 기준으로 3.5㎾인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 용접 블랭크의 레이저 용접 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1,2단계에서의 전도용접의 이상적인 레이저빔의 초점은 그 두께가 1mm 대 1.8mm의 알루미늄 블랭크를 기준으로 그 설정폭이 3mm 내지 4mm의 범위내에서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 용접 블랭크의 레이저 용접 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 레이저 용접의 설정속도는 그 두께가 1mm 대 1.8mm의 알루미늄 블랭크를 기준으로, 전면 전도용접에서는 5.4m/min 이고, 후면 전도용접에서는 6.0m/min인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 용접 블랭크의 레이저 용접 방법.
- 서로 두께가 다른 2장의 알루미늄 블랭크를 맞대기 레이저 용접함에 있어서,그 두께가 1mm 대 1.8mm의 알루미늄 블랭크를 기준으로 그 최대출력이 3.5㎾인 연속파 Nd:YAG 레이저빔을 용접열원으로 하여,상호 맞대어진 알루미늄 블랭크 상의 단차가 형성되는 전면에 대해서 두께가 두꺼운 알루미늄 블랭크의 용접 모서리부에 레이저빔의 초점의 폭을 3mm 내지 4mm 범위내에서 맞추어 레이저빔의 열전도를 이용하여 5.4m/min의 용접속도로 완전 용입이 되도록 전면 전도용접을 수행하는 제1단계;상기 제1단계에 이어, 상기 상호 맞대어진 알루미늄 블랭크 상의 단차가 형성된 전면을 아래로 하고, 그 후면 용접부를 위로하여 레이저빔의 초점의 폭을 3mm 내지 4mm 범위내에서 맞추어 레이저빔의 열전도를 이용하여 6.0m/min의 용접속도로 부분 용입이 되도록 후면 전도용접을 수행하는 제2단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 용접 블랭크의 레이저 용접 방법.
