Claims (5)
- 식 p HMO2 · q TiO2 · SiO2 (식중, M 은 알루미늄, 갈륨 및 철로부터 선택된 금속이고, p 는 0 내지 0.04 의 수치이며 q 는 0.0005 내지 0.03 의 수치이다) 의 MFI 제올라이트의 제조 방법으로서, 규소원, 티타늄원, 선택적으로 금속 M 의 공급원, 및 테트라프로필암모늄히드록시드를 함유하고, 몰비로 나타낸 하기 조성을 갖는 혼합물을, 알칼리 금속의 부재하에, 190 내지 230℃ 의 온도에서 0.5 내지 10 시간동안, 자가 압력하에 열수 처리하는 것으로 이루어진 방법:Si/Ti = 35-2000M/Si = 0-0.04, M 은 Al, Ga 및 Fe 로부터 선택됨TPA-OH/Si = 0.2-0.5, TPA = 테트라프로필암모늄H2O/Si = 10-35.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 규소원은 테트라에틸오르토실리케이트이고, 상기 티타늄원은 테트라에틸오르토티타네이트이고, 상기 금속원은 금속의 가용염인 방법.
- 식 x TiO2 · (1-x) SiO2 (식중, x 는 0.0005 내지 0.03 의 수치이다) 의 MFI/MEL 또는 MEL 제올라이트의 제조 방법으로서, 규소원, 티타늄원, 테트라-알킬암모늄히드록시드 (TAAOH) 를 함유하며, 몰비로 나타낸 하기 조성을 갖는 혼합물을, 알칼리 금속의 부재하에, 190 내지 230℃ 의 온도에서 0.5 내지 10 시간동안, 자가 압력하에 열수 처리하는 것으로 이루어진 방법:Si/Ti = 35-2000TAA-OH/Si = 0.2-0.5H2O/Si = 10-35.
