Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 무기성 물질의 층표면에 아크릴 폴리머층을 형성시켜 된 수직 배향용 기판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 무기성 물질이 알루미늄 또는 산화 알루미늄 또는 은이고, 또 이들의 무기성 물질의 층이 고분자 필름 상에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 배향용 기판.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 아크릴 폴리머가 적어도 알킬 아크릴레이트를 사용하여 중합된 폴리머인 수직 배향용 기판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아크릴 폴리머 층의 두께가 0.01 ㎛ ~ 20 ㎛ 인 수직 배향용 기판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수직 배향용 기판의 아크릴 폴리머 층위에 액정성 화합물층을 형성시키고, 액정상태에서 상기 액정성 화합물을 수직 배향용 기판면에 대하여 수직방향으로 배향시켜 그 배향상태를 유지시킨 채로 고정화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직배향 액정 위상차 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 액정성 화합물이 고정화되는 액정성 아크릴레이트 화합물이고 또 상기 액정성 아크릴레이트 화합물은 자외선 조사에 의해 고정화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 배향 액정 위상차 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 기재된 수직 배향용 기판과 상기 배향막 면에 대하여 수직방향으로 배향시킨 수직 배향 액정 위상차 필름을 포함하는 광학 필름.
- 제 7항에 기재된 광학 필름을 갖는 반사형 또는 반사반투과형 액정표시장치.
