Description
Claims (12)
- 양극, 음극 및 다중-위상 전기 전류 터미널을 갖는 축방향 필드 회전 에너지 장치로서,복수의 영구 자석극을 갖는 회전자; 및전기 전류의 각 위상에 대해 적어도 하나의 작업 도체를 갖는 복수의 회로 기판 작업 도체층들로서, 상기 각 작업 도체층들은 내부 쓰루홀 및 외부 쓰루홀 사이를 흐르는 복수의 방사형 도체들의 패턴을 포함하고, 상기 내부 쓰루홀은 상기 작업 도체층의 내부 직경에 위치하며, 상기 외부 쓰루홀은 상기 작업 도체층의 외부 직경에 위치하는 복수의 회로 기판 작업 도체층들을 포함하고;상기 각 작업층은 전기 전류의 한 위상의 양 및 음의 터미널을 선택된 외부 쓰루홀에 전기적으로 연결하는 한쌍의 외부 도체들, 및 선택된 쓰루홀들을 전기적으로 연결하는 복수의 내부 도체들을 더 갖고;적어도 하나는 각 작업 도체층과 관련되고, 각각은 내부 쓰루홀 및 외부 쓰루홀 사이를 통과하는 복수의 방사형 도체들의 패턴을 포함하는 복수의 회로기판 연결 도체층으로서, 상기 내부 쓰루홀은 상기 연결 도체층의 내부 직경에 위치하고, 상기 외부 쓰루홀들은 상기 연결 도체층의 외부 직경에 위치하는 복수의 회로기판 연결 도체층을 포함하며;각 연결층은 선택된 외부 쓰루홀들을 전기적으로 연결하는 복수의 외부 도체들 및 선택된 내부 쓰루홀들을 전기적으로 연결하는 복수의 내부 커넥터들을 더 갖고;상기 작업 도체층 및 연결층들의 선택된 내부 및 외부 쓰루홀들 내에 위치하며, 상기 연결 도체층을 상기 작업 도체층의 방사형 커넥터들 중 선택된 것에 전기적으로 연결하는 복수의 비아 도체들;을 포함하는 고정자;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축방향 필드 회전 에너지 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,각 회로 기판 작업 도체층은 평판형의 구성을 갖고, 각 회로 기판은 연결 도체층은 평판형의 구성을 가지며, 상기 고정자는 상기 작업 도체층 및 상기 연결 도체층을 각 층 사이에 기판층을 사이에 두고 적층함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축방향 필드 회전 에너지 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 고정자는 상기 층들의 평판형 구성에 수직인 방향으로 중심 구멍을 갖고, 상기 중심 구멍을 통해 확장되는 회전가능한 드라이브 샤프트를 더 포함하고, 상기 고정자의 일면 상에서 상기 드라이브 샤프트에 고정적으로 부착된 제1 회전자 및 상기 고정자의 반대면 상에서 상기 드라이브 샤프트에 고정적으로 부착된 제2 회전자를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축방향 필드 회전 에너지 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 영구 자석 극의 회전 위치를 결정하기 위해 상기 고정자에 실장된 센싱 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축방향 필드 회전 에너지 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 회전자의 영구 자석 극들은, 상기 제2 회전자의 영구 자석 극들에 대해 자속선이 상기 작업 도체층들의 평판형 구성에 수직 방향의 고정자를 통과하도록 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축방향 필드 회전 에너지 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 각 회전자는 적어도 4개의 영구 자석 극들을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 축방향 필드 회전 에너지 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,적어도 3상 전기 회로용으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 축방향 필드 회전 에너지 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작업 도체층 및 상기 연결 도체층의 방사형 도체들은 기선택된 폭을 갖고, 상기 작업 도체층의 외부 및 내부 도체들 및 상기 연결 도체층의 외부 및 내부 도체들은 상기 기선택된 폭보다 큰 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 축방향 필드 회전 에너지 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,각 작업 도체층 및 각 연결 도체층은 섹터들로 분할되고, 각 섹터는 상기 전기 전류의 각 위상의 양극 및 음극과 관련되고, 방사형 도체들은 각 섹터를 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축방향 필드 회전 에너지 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,각 작업 도체층의 상기 내부 도체들은 각 연결 도체층의 내부 및 외부 도체들과 함께 상기 전기 전류의 위상과 관련된 각 섹터의 방사형 커넥터들을 상기 비아 도체들을 통해 직렬로 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축방향 필드 회전 에너지 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 장치는 적어도 3상 전기 회로용으로 구성되고, 상기 회전자는 적어도 4개의 영구 자석 극들을 포함하고, 각 작업 도체층 및 각 연결층은 적어도 12개의 섹터들로 분할되고, 상기 작업 도체층은 상기 위상의 음극과 관련된 섹터를 그 위상의 양극과 관련된 섹터에 연결하는 적어도 하나의 외부 도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축방향 필드 회전 에너지 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,각 작업 도체층 및 각 연결 도체층의 방사형 도체들은 동일한 패턴으로 구성되고, 각 층의 해당 방사형 도체들은 상기 비아 도체들과 전기적으로 병렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축방향 필드 회전 에너지 장치.
