Claims (6)
- 상부에 모액 또는 가성소다 투입구 및 초산 배출구를 구비하고 하부에 여과촉매 및 유기물 배출구를 구비한 모액 수용부;상기 모액 수용부를 가열하기 위한 가열수단;촉매 및 유기물 배출구에 연결되어 촉매를 유기물로부터 분리하기 위한 하부 여과막; 및상기 모액 수용부의 내부를 교반하기 위한 교반기를 포함하며, 원추형 또는 원뿔대형의 형상을 하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 나프탈렌디카르복실산의 제조 공정에서 배출되고 초산, 촉매 및 기타 유기물을 포함하는 모액으로부터 초산 및/또는 촉매 회수용 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모액 수용부를 가열하기 위한 수단이 모액 수용부의 외벽에 열량 매체를 이용하기 위한 스팀 투입구 및 응축수 방출구를 구비한 자켓을 부착한 것을 특징으로 초산 및/또는 촉매 회수용 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모액 수용부가 가성소다 투입구를 별도로 구비하며 촉매 회수를 위하여 가성소다와 여과 진공법을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초산 및/또는 촉매 회수용 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 가성소다의 투입량은 잔여 초산의 2 내지 3배로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초산 및/또는 촉매 회수용 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 하부 여과막은 진공도 50 내지 150 mmHg, 총 여과면적 0.3 내지 0.7㎡, 여과막의 체눈크기 20 내지 80㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 초산 및/또는 촉매 회수용 장치.
- 나프탈렌디카르복실산의 제조공정에서 생성된 NDA의 분리공정 후 배출되는 모액을 수용하는 단계;수용된 모액을 가열하여 초산을 기체로 회수하는 단계;초산을 회수하고 남은 잔여물에 가성소다를 투입하여 촉매를 침전시키고 이를 분리하여 촉매를 회수하는 단계로 이루어진 나프탈렌디카르복실산의 분리공정 후 배출되는 모액으로부터 초산 및/또는 촉매의 회수방법.
