Description
Claims (18)
- A) 각각 중심축(3)과 헤드부(head segment)를 갖는 적어도 두 개의 뼈고정수단(2)과,B) 종단축(12)을 갖고, 두 개의 인접한 뼈고정수단(2)의 상기 헤드부(4)와 상기 종단축(12)이 상기 중심축(3)에 가로질러 연장되는 방식으로 연결될 수 있는 탄성수단(5)을 포함하고,C) 압축하중 아래서 상기 탄성수단(5)이 점진적 스프링 특성(20)을 갖는 척추뼈몸통의 탄성안정을 위한 장치에 있어서,D) 상기 탄성수단은 금속재질로 만들어지고,E) 스프링코일(19)을 포함하며, 적어도 두 개의 상기 스프링코일(19)은 적어도 하나의 다른 기하치수(geometric dimension)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추뼈몸통의 탄성안정을 위한 장치(1).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성수단(5)의 상기 스프링특성(20)은 연속적인 힘-이동거리 선도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추뼈몸통의 탄성안정을 위한 장치(1).
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성수단(5)은 상기 스프링코일(19)의 가변피치δ를 갖는 헬리컬스프링(11)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 척추뼈몸통의 탄성안정을 위한 장치(1).
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 종단축(12)에 평행하게 측정했을 때 상기 헬리컬스프링(11)은 적어도 두 개의 인접한 상기 스프링코일(19) 사이에서 다른 폭 x를 갖는 슬롯을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 척추뼈몸통의 탄성안정을 위한 장치(1).
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 헬리컬스프링(11)은 스프링재질로 만들어지고, 상기 헬리컬 스프링(11)의 횡단영역(13)은 상기 종단축(12)에 수직이고 상기 종단축(12)에 평행하게 측정했을 때 적어도 두 인접한 상기 스프링코일(19) 사이에서 다른 높이 h를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추뼈몸통의 탄성안정을 위한 장치(1).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성수단(5)은 상기 종단축(12)을 따라 연속적으로 구비된 다수 개의 스프링코일(19)을 갖는 평평하고 구불구불한 모양의 스프링(29)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 척추뼈몸통의 탄성안정을 위한 장치(1).
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 코일(19)은 벤딩축(24)을 갖는 굴절된 고리(21)를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 척추뼈몸통의 탄성안정을 위한 장치(1).
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 벤딩축(24)과 상기 종단축(12) 사이의 거리 L은 상기 종단축(12)의 양단에서 일정한 것을 특징으로 하는 척추뼈몸통의 탄성안정을 위 한 장치(1).
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 종단축(12)의 좌측에 구비된 적어도 하나의 밴딩축(24a)과 상기 종단축(12) 사이의 거리 L1과, 상기 종단축(12)의 우측에 구비된 적어도 하나의 밴딩축(24b)과 상기 종단축(12)의 사이의 거리 L2가 다름을 특징으로 하는 척추뼈몸통의 탄성안정을 위한 장치(1).
- 제 6 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 스프링코일(19)은 상기 상응하는 스프링코일(19)의 허용가능한 스프링행정 s를 한정하는 구속수단(22)을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 척추뼈몸통의 탄성안정을 위한 장치(1).
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 구속수단(22)은 스프링코일(19) 마다 적어도 하나의, 상기 상응하는 스프링코일(19)의 스프링행정 s를 한정하는 러그(23)을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 척추뼈몸통의 탄성안정을 위한 장치(1).
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 상기 러그(23)에 의해 한정되는 스프링행정 s는 적어도 두 개의 스프링코일(19)에 대해서 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 척추뼈몸통의 탄성안정을 위한 장치(1).
- 제 6 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구불구불한 모양의 스 프링(29)의 스프링특성(20)은 n개의 스프링코일(19)을 포함하고 각각의 스프링코일(19)에 대해서 다른 스프링특성(20) i1<ij<in 을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추뼈몸통의 탄성안정을 위한 장치(1).
- 제 7 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스프링재질의 벽두께는 적어도 두 개의 굴절된 고리(21) 사이에서 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 척추뼈몸통의 탄성안정을 위한 장치(1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성수단(5)은 그 말단부(3,4)에, 상기 탄성수단(5)을 상기 뼈고정수단(2) 상에 고정하기에 적합한 연결부(16)를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 척추뼈몸통의 탄성안정을 위한 장치(1).
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 연결부(16a)는 상기 종단축(12)과 동축인 로드(8)인 것을 특징으로 하는 척추뼈몸통의 탄성안정을 위한 장치(1).
- 제 15 항 또는 제 16 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 연결부(16b)는 상기 종단축(12)과 동축인 센트럴보어(18)를 갖는 슬리브(17)인 것을 특징으로 하는 척추뼈몸통의 탄성안정을 위한 장치(1).
- 제 15 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 상기 연결부(16)는 힌지조인트를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 척추뼈몸통의 탄성안정을 위한 장치(1).
