Claims (8)
- 자성체(3)와 코일체(4)가 독립회전 가능하게 내장되고, 전후방 외측에 베어링이 형성된 발전기(2)를 커버(1) 내부에 형성하고, 바람에 의해 서로 반대방향으로 회전하는 앞날개(31)와 뒷날개(32)를 구비한 풍력발전기에 있어서,직경이 큰 제 1 축(12)과 직경이 작은 제 2 축(13)이 서로 독립회전 가능하게 내설된 회전체(10)를 커버(1)의 전방에 결합하고, 제 2 축(13)의 후방을 발전기(2)의 중앙을 관통하면서 코일체(4)가 권최되어 있는 발전축(5)과 연결하며, 상기 제 1 축(12)의 후방을 제 1 및 제 2 매개저널(14,15)을 통해 발전기(2)의 자성체(3)에 연결하되,상기 회전체(10)의 전방에 돌출된 단부(11)의 외곽으로 뒷날개(32)가 결합되기 위한 복수개의 결합편(30)이 돌출 형성된 뒷날개 결합부(29)를 결합하고,제 2 축(13)의 전방 연장부에 전방바디(25)의 축공(26)을 끼워 결합하며, 상기 전방바디(25)의 전방 외곽에 복수개의 앞날개(31)가 결합되기 위한 결합편(28)이 돌출 형성된 앞날개 결합부(27)를 결합하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 발전기(2)의 후단으로 돌출된 발전축(5)상에 발전된 전기의 출력을 위한 출력단자(6)를 형성하고, 발전기(2)의 후방에 고정체(7)를 형성하며, 상기 고정체(7)의 일면에 출력단자(6)의 외주면과 접촉하는 복수개의 접촉단자(8)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 매개저널(14)과 제 2 매개저널(15)의 사이에 브레이크모듈(20)을 결합하되, 상기 브레이크 모듈(20)은 중심을 향해 움직임이 가능한 브레이크 작동체(21)를 구비하고, 브레이크 모듈(20)의 외곽에는 브레이크 작동체(21)를 밀어주면서 단계적으로 발전기(2)의 자성체(3)와 코일체(4)를 정지시키기 위한 브레이크패드(22)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고정체(7)의 외곽과 발전기(2)의 베어링 외곽을 연결편(9)으로 연결하여 작동소음이 감소하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 커버(1)의 중앙부 하측에 그 내측 중간부에 지지돌부(64)가 내향 돌출되어 있는 연결기둥(63)을 결합하고, 지면으로부터 지지되고 중공부(62)가 형성되어 있는 지지기둥(60)을 연결기둥(63)의 하측으로 부터 삽입하여 지지하되,상기 지지돌부(64)의 상하부에 각각 베어링(65)을 형성하고, 지지기둥(60)의 상부에는 고정체(7)의 접촉단자(8)를 통해 배출된 전기를 외부로 배출시키기 위한 전기전달수단(70)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 전기전달수단(70)은내주면상에 링형상의 전극(76)이 형성된 받침부(75)를 지지기둥(60)의 상부에 안착 형성하고, 상기 받침부(75)의 상부에 회동 가능하게 습동부(71)를 적층 형성하되, 상기 습동부(71)의 측면으로부터 저면으로 얇은 박판의 도전판(74)을 형성하고, 상기 습동부(71)의 저면에는 도전판(74)과 연결된 상태로 전극(76)에 접촉되는 습동전극(72)을 돌출 형성하며, 상기 도전판(74)에는 접촉단자(8)와 연결된 상태의 전선이 결합되기 위한 제 1 연결핀(73)을 형성하고, 상기 전극(76)의 측면에 전기 출력을 위한 전선이 연결되는 제 2 연결핀(77)을 형성하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 커버(1)의 후미에 후방캡(41)을 결합하고, 이 후방캡(41)에 꼬리날개(43)가 형성되어 있는 일정길이의 꼬리봉(42)을 끼워 결합하되, 상기 꼬리봉(42)의 후단부를 상측 또는 하측으로 휘어지게 형성하여 꼬리날개(43)가 앞뒤날개(31,32)의 반경으로부터 벗어나도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 앞날개(31)와 뒷날개(32)가 결합되는 앞,뒤날개 결합부(27,29)의 일측면에 탄지수단(50)을 탄지시켜 날개(31,32)에 가해지는 풍압이 설정치 이상일때 탄지수단(50)이 밀리면서 앞날개(31)와 뒷날개(32)의 각도가 가변되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전기.
