- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각제 공급 관 (2) 의 상기 제 2 단부는 상기 순환 관 (5) 이 연결된 분배 챔버 (4) 를 나타내며, 바람직하게는 상기 분배 챔버 (4) 는 상기 순환 관 (5) 각각과 상기 분배 챔버 (4) 가 연통하는 틈을 형성하는 원뿔형부를 구비하며,상기 수집 챔버 (6) 는 상기 순환 관 (5) 각각과 상기 수집 챔버 (6) 가 연통하는 틈을 형성하는 원뿔형부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 모듈.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 냉각제 공급 관 (2) 은 상기 순환 관 (5) 에 대하여 실질적으로 중심에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 모듈.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 냉각제 공급 관 (2) 은 상기 수집 챔버 (6) 를 통하여 돌출된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 모듈.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 한에 있어서,상기 냉각 모듈은 약 20 ~ 약 4,000 개의 순환 관 (5) 을, 바람직하게는 약 100 ~ 약 400 개의 순환 관 (5) 을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 모듈.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 냉각 관 (5) 의 각각의 길이가 약 4 ~ 약 40m이며, 바람직하게는 약 10 ~ 약 25m 인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 모듈.

- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 냉각 모듈은 제 2 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 한에 따르는 특징을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 반응기.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 반응기는 4 ~ 100 개의 냉각 모듈을 가지며, 바람직하게는 12 ~ 65 개의 냉각 모듈을 가지며, 더욱 바람직하게는 24 ~ 50 개의 냉각 모듈을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응기.
