Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 액적 분사기로서,실질적으로 평탄한 기판 내에 형성되는 노즐 개구로부터 액적을 분사시키도록 내부에서 유체가 가압되는 유동로, 및 상기 노즐 개구 근처의 기판 내에 형성되는 채널을 포함하며, 상기 채널이 노즐 폭의 약 20% 이상의 거리 만큼 상기 노즐 개구로부터 이격되어 있는,액적 분사기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 노즐 개구는 상기 채널에 의해 에워싸여 있는,액적 분사기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 채널은 원형 형상인,액적 분사기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 채널은 상기 노즐 개구로부터 반경 방향으로 연장하는,액적 분사기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 채널은 사기 노즐 개구 폭의 약 2 배 이하인 폭을 가지는,액적 분사기.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 평탄한 기판은 복수의 노즐 개구 및 상기 노즐 개구에 인접한 채널을 포함하는,액적 분사기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 노즐 개구의 폭은 약 200μ이하인,액적 분사기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,압전형 작동기를 더 포함하는,액적 분사기.
- 유체 분사 방법으로서,기판 내에 형성되는 노즐 개구를 통해 분사시키도록 내부에서 유체가 가압되는 유동로, 및 상기 노즐 개구 근처의 기판 내에 형성되는 채널을 포함하며, 상기 채널이 노즐 폭의 약 20% 이상의 거리 만큼 상기 노즐 개구로부터 이격되어 있는, 액적 분사기를 제공하는 단계와,모세관력에 의해 흡입된 유체를 상기 채널에 의해 형성된 간극 내측으로 제공하는 단계, 및상기 유동로 내의 유체를 가압함으로써 상기 노즐 개구를 통해 상기 유체를 분사시키는 단계를 포함하는,유체 분사 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 유체는 약 20 내지 50 dyne/cm의 표면 장력을 가지는,유체 분사 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 유체는 약 1 내지40 센티푸아즈의 점성을 가지는,유체 분사 방법.
