Claims (4)
- 공기를 흡입하는 흡입부의 일단과 결합되어 있는 케이싱, 상기 케이싱 내부에 위치하며 흡입 공기를 소정의 각도로 유도하는 베인을 포함하는 흡입 가이드 베인(Inlet guide vane) 어셈블리; 및상기 흡입부가 위치하는 반대방향에 있는 상기 흡입 가이드 베인 어셈블리의 케이싱과 일체형으로 만들어진 스크롤 케이스를 구비하는 압축기용 일체형 흡입 가이드 베인 어셈블리 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흡입 가이드 베인 어셈블리는, 흡입 공기량을 가변적으로 조절하기 위하여 상기 케이싱의 바깥둘레부에 위치하고 상기 베인에 연결되며 상기 베인의 배치각도를 조절하는 일체형으로 되어진 베인 콘트롤 링; 및 상기 베인 콘트롤 링의 회전각을 조절하는 베인 콘트롤부를 더 구비하는 압축기용 일체형 흡입 가이드 베인 어셈블리 구조.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 흡입부와 결합되는 방향의 상기 흡입 가이드 베인의 케이싱 전단부의 외경은 상기 베인 콘트롤 링의 내경보다 작은 압축기용 일체형 흡입 가이드 베인 어셈블리 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흡입부와 상기 흡입 가이드 베인의 케이싱의 일단 사이의 결합은 클램프 결합 수단을 사용하는 압축기용 일체형 흡입 가이드 베인 어셈블리 구조.
