Claims (19)
- 전자 기기에 수납됨으로써 상기 전자 기기에 전력을 공급하는 전자 기기용 이차 전지에 있어서,플러스극, 마이너스극 및 전해질을 포장체에 수납하는 동시에, 상기 플러스극 및 마이너스극으로부터 각각 플러스극 단자 및 마이너스극 단자가 상기 포장체의 일측면으로부터 도출된 배터리 셀과,상기 배터리 셀의 삽입 방향 양단부측에 개구부가 형성되어, 상기 플러스극 단자 및 마이너스극 단자가 도출된 일측면을 한쪽 상기 개구부측을 향하게 하여 상기 배터리 셀을 수납하는 금속제의 배터리 캔과,상기 배터리 캔의 양 개구부를 폐색하는 합성 수지로 이루어지는 한 쌍의 덮개체를 구비하고,적어도 상기 플러스극 단자 및 마이너스극 단자가 도출된 일 측면이 향하게 된 한쪽 상기 개구부를 폐색하는 한쪽 덮개체에는 상기 플러스극 단자 및 마이너스극 단자가 접속되는 동시에, 외측에 면하게 됨으로써 상기 전자 기기의 전극과 접속되는 플러스극 단자부 및 마이너스극 단자부가 설치되어 있는 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 덮개체 중 적어도 한쪽에는 상기 전자 기기에 설치된 전지 장착부에 형성된 계지 부재가 계지되는 계지부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 계지부에는 상기 플러스극 단자 및/또는 마이너스극 단자와 접속된 전극 단자가 면하게 되고,상기 계지 부재에는 상기 계지부에 계지됨으로써 상기 전극 단자와 접속되는 전극부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 덮개체 중 적어도 한쪽에는 서로 다른 기능을 갖는 하나의 이차 전지와 다른 이차 전지에 의해 서로 다른 형상으로 이루어지는 식별부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 덮개체 중 적어도 한쪽에는 상기 배터리 셀의 단부면에 접촉되어 상기 배터리 캔 내에 수납된 상기 배터리 셀을 지지하는 돌기부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배터리 캔은 상기 배터리 셀의 길이에 따라서 금속제의 하우징을 절단하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 덮개체는 상기 전자 기기의 전지 장착부로의 삽입 단부와 반대측의 덮개체가 상기 전지 수용부의 삽입구보다도 크게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배터리 캔은 주위에 절연 재료로 이루어지는 외장 라벨이 권취되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 외장 라벨은 상기 배터리 캔의 외주에 권취되는 주면부와, 상기 한 쌍의 덮개체 중 적어도 한쪽에 권취되는 권취부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 덮개체 중 적어도 한쪽에는 배터리의 잔량을 표시하는 잔량 표시부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배터리 셀은 상기 플러스극 단자 및 마이너스극 단자가 도출된 일측면과 반대측의 타측면이 탄성 부재로 이루어지는 양면 밀봉이 접착되는 동시에, 상기 타측면이 상기 배터리 캔으로의 삽입 단부가 되고, 상기 타측면과 대치하는 상기 덮개체에 접착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 양면 밀봉에는 양단부에 긴 절연 필름이 접착되고,상기 절연 필름은 상기 배터리 셀의 상기 배터리 캔으로의 삽입에 수반하여 상기 개구부에 의해 상기 배터리 셀의 측면을 따라서 절곡됨으로써 상기 포장체의 절단면을 상기 배터리 캔의 내주벽으로부터 절연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전 지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배터리 셀의 삽입 단부면과 대치하는 덮개체의 양단부에는 상기 포장체의 절단면을 상기 배터리 캔의 내주벽으로부터 절연하는 절연 재료로 이루어지는 돌기가 수직 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배터리 셀은 상기 배터리 캔의 일주면에 공급된 접착제에 의해 일평면부가 상기 배터리 캔의 일주면과 접착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 덮개체 중 적어도 한쪽은 상기 플러스극 단자부 및 마이너스극 단자부와 상기 플러스극 단자부 및 마이너스극 단자부와 접속된 플러스극 단자판 및 마이너스극 단자판이 설치된 기판과, 상기 플러스극 단자 및 마이너스극 단자와 상기 플러스극 단자판 및 마이너스극 단자판을 접속시키는 플러스극 탭 및 마이너스극 탭을 보유 지지하는 홀더와, 상기 플러스극 단자부 및 마이너스극 단자부를 외측에 면하게 하는 단자 구멍과 상기 배터리 캔의 개구부에 설치된 피계지부에 계지되는 계지부가 설치된 톱 커버를 갖고, 상기 홀더 및 톱 커버로 상기 기판을 끼움 지지하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 플러스극 단자 및 마이너스극 단자와 상기 플러스극 탭 및 마이너스극 탭 사이의 접속부에는 절연지가 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플러스극 단자부 및 마이너스극 단자부는 서로 다른 기능을 갖는 하나의 이차 전지와 다른 이차 전지로 대략 점대칭의 위치에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
