Claims (30)
- 하나 이상의 폴리올을 하나 이상의 다작용성 이소시아네이트와 반응시켜 제조되는 예비중합체와 발포체-형성 성분의 혼합물로부터 제조되며, 상기 예비중합체가 이용가능한 OH기를 갖는 비-발포된 폴리올 예비중합체이고 상기 발포체-형성 성분이 적어도 다작용성 이소시아네이트 및 물을 포함하는, 연질 폴리우레탄 발포체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 예비중합체를 제조하기 위해 이소시아네이트와 반응되는 폴리올이 적어도 주로 폴리에테르 폴리올임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 폴리에테르 폴리올이 적어도 주로 프로필렌옥사이드 (PO) 유도됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 폴리에테르 폴리올이 트리올임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 예비중합체가 폴리올의 모든 이용가능한 히드록실기와 반응하는데 필요한 이소시아네이트의 이론적 양에 대해 0.1 중량% 내지 30 중량%의 비율로 반응시켜 제조되는 저점성 예비중합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 비율이 3 중량% 내지 25 중량%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 예비중합체가 폴리올의 모든 이용가능한 히드록실기와 반응하는데 필요한 이소시아네이트의 이론적 양에 대해 30 중량% 내지 99 중량%의 비율로 반응시켜 제조되는 고점성 예비중합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 비율이 30 중량% 내지 50 중량%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7항 또는 제 8항에 있어서,상기 예비중합체와 발포체-형성 성분의 혼합물을 가스-공급 처리하거나 탈기시켜, 생성된 폴리우레탄 발포체에 예정된 기포의 수 및 규칙성을 갖는 기포 구조를 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 예비중합체를 추가의 폴리올 또는 폴리올들의 존재 하에 발포체-형성 성분과 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 예비중합체의 제조에 사용되는 폴리올 또는 각각의 추가 폴리올이 폴리에테르 폴리올임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10항 또는 제 11항에 있어서,상기의 추가 폴리올이 예비중합체를 제조하기 위해 이소시아네이트와 반응하는데 사용되는 폴리올과 동일함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,10 내지 100 kg/m3, 특히 14 내지 70 kg/m3의 밀도를 갖는 발포체 생성물이 생성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 형성되는 연질 발포체 슬랩 스톡 형태의 발포체 생성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 형성되는 성형체 형태의 발포체 생성물.
- 이소시아네이트가 폴리올의 모든 이용가능한 히드록실기와 반응하는데 필요한 이소시아네이트의 이론적 양에 대해 0.1 중량% 내지 30 중량%의 비율로 존재하여 예비중합체가 추가의 이소시아네이트와의 반응에 대해 이용가능한 히드록실기로 티핑 (tipping)됨을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 폴리올을 하나 이상의 다작용성 이소시아네이트와 반응시켜 제조되는 연질 폴리우레탄 발포체의 제조에 사용하기 위한 저장-안정성 예비중합체.
- 제 16항에 있어서,상기 비율이 0.1 중량% 내지 25 중량%임을 특징으로 하는 예비중합체.
- 제 17항에 있어서,상기 비율이 3 중량% 내지 12 중량%임을 특징으로 하는 예비중합체.
- 제 16항에 있어서,상기 비율이 30 중량% 내지 99 중량%임을 특징으로 하는 예비중합체.
- 제 19항에 있어서,상기 비율이 30 중량% 내지 50 중량%임을 특징으로 하는 예비중합체.
- 제 16항 내지 제 20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 폴리올이 적어도 주로 폴리에테르 폴리올임을 특징으로 하는 예비중합체.
- 제 21항에 있어서,상기 폴리에테르 폴리올이 적어도 주로 프로필렌옥사이드 유도됨을 특징으로 하는 예비중합체.
- 제 22항에 있어서,상기 폴리에테르 폴리올이 트리올임을 특징으로 하는 예비중합체.
- 제 16항 내지 제 23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,점도가 50,000 mPa.s이하임을 특징으로 하는 예비중합체.
- 제 24항에 있어서,점도가 35,000 mPa.s 이하임을 특징으로 예비중합체.
- 제 24항 또는 제 25항에 있어서,점도가 5,000 mPa.s 초과임을 특징으로 하는 예비중합체.
- 제 26항에 있어서,점도가 7,000 mPa.s 초과임을 특징으로 하는 예비중합체.
- 제 24항에 있어서,점도가 20,000 mPa.s 이하임을 특징으로 하는 예비중합체.
- 제 28항에 있어서,점도가 7,000 mPa.s 이하임을 특징으로 하는 예비중합체.
- 제 29항에 있어서,점도가 5,000 mPa.s 이하임을 특징으로 하는 예비중합체.
