Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 열가소성 중합체(a thermoplastic polymer)와, 포스핀산 금속 염의 유효 난연제 양(an effective flame retardant amount)을 포함하여 구성되고; 불활성 분위기(inert atmosphere)에서 10℃/분의 선형 가열 레이트(linear heating rate)로 열중량 분석기(thermogravimetric analysis)에 의해 측정하여 상기 금속 염이 약 300℃에서 휘발하기 시작하는; 난연 열가소성 중합체 조성물(composition).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 중합체가 열가소성 폴리에스테르인, 난연 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 중합체가 나일론인, 난연 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 폴리에스테르가 유리-충전 폴리에스테르(glass-filled polyester)인, 난연 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 폴리에스테르가 폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈염산) [poly(ethylene terephthalate)]과 폴리(부틸렌 테레프탈염산) [poly(butylene terephthalate)]으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되는, 난연 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 나일론이 유리-충전 나일론인, 난연 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 염이 약 300℃에서 휘발하기 시작하고, 약 500℃에서 휘발이 실질적으로 끝나는, 난연 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 염이 약 300℃에서 휘발하기 시작하고, 약 400℃에서 휘발이 실질적으로 끝나는, 난연 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포스핀산의 금속 염이 디이소부틸포스핀산(diisobutylphosphinic acd)의 알루미늄염인, 난연 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포스핀산의 금속 염이 전체 조성물의 약 3중량% 내지 약 30중량%의 양으로 존재하는, 난연 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 포스핀산의 금속 염이 전체 조성물의 약 5중량% 내지 약 20중량%의 양으로 존재하는, 난연 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 열가소성 중합체와, 알루미늄 디이소부틸포스피네이 트(diisobutylphosphinate)의 유효 난연제 양을 포함하여 구성되는, 난연 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, R1과 R2가 각각 이소부틸(isobutyl)인, 포스핀산의 금속 염.
- 제14항에 있어서, M이 알루미늄인, 포스핀산의 금속 염.
