Claims (7)
- 자외선을 투과하는 유전체 재료로 구성되고, 내부의 공간에 방전 매체가 충전된 발광관과, 이 발광관을 구성하는 유전체 재료를 개재하여 대향하는 한 쌍의 전극과, 고압 급전 케이블을 통해 상기 전극에 고전압을 공급하는 고압 급전 단자를 갖는 엑시머 램프로서,상기 고압 급전 단자는, 급전용의 커넥터에 접속되는 상기 고압 급전 케이블이 삽입되는 절연 홀더를 갖고,이 절연 홀더에는 내부 공동이 설치되며, 이 공동 내에, IC 태그가 상기 고압 급전 케이블과의 사이에 공극을 두고 배치되어 있는, 엑시머 램프.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 고전압 급전 케이블과 상기 IC 태그의 사이에, 고주파 전류 흡수체가 설치되고, 이 고주파 전파 흡수체의 IC 태그측의 표면에 실드재가 설치되어 있는, 엑시머 램프.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 고주파 전류 흡수체의 복소 투자율(μ=μ'-jμ")은, 그 허수부(μ")가 1.0 이상인, 엑시머 램프.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 고주파 전파 흡수체의 IC 태그측에, 실드재에 더하여, 실수부가 높고 허수부가 낮은 복소 투자율을 갖는 자성 시트가 설치되어 있는, 엑 시머 램프.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 절연 홀더는, 비유전률이 4.0 이하인 절연체로 구성되어 있는, 엑시머 램프.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 절연 홀더는, 금속 산화물 또는 석영 유리로 이루어지는, 엑시머 램프.
- 자외선을 투과하는 유전체 재료로 구성되고, 내부의 공간에 방전 매체가 충전된 발광관과, 이 발광관을 구성하는 유전체 재료를 개재하여 대향하는 한 쌍의 전극과, 고압 급전 케이블을 통해 상기 전극에 고전압을 공급하는 고압 급전 단자를 갖는 엑시머 램프를 내장하고, 이 엑시머 램프로부터의 광을 외부로 방사하는 광 조사창을 갖는 금속제의 하우징체와, 상기 하우징체의 일부에 설치되어, 상기 엑시머 램프의 고압 급전 단자에 고전압을 공급하기 위한 전파(電波)를 전파(傳播) 가능한 부재로 형성된 커넥터를 구비한 자외선 조사 장치로서,상기 엑시머 램프의 상기 고압 급전 단자는, 급전용의 커넥터에 접속되는 상기 고압 급전 케이블이 삽입되는 절연 홀더를 갖고,이 절연 홀더에는 내부 공동이 설치되며, 이 공동 내에, IC 태그가 상기 고압 급전 케이블과의 사이에 적어도 공극을 두고 배치되고,상기 커넥터에, 상기 IC 태그와의 사이에서 정보를 송수신하기 위한 안테나 가 설치되어 있는 자외선 조사 장치.
