Claims (19)
- 수송 수단을 위한 적층 글레이징 (10, 10')으로서, 두 기판들(11, 17) 사이에 위치한 열가소성 중합체의 적어도 하나의 층간 시트(13, 16)를 포함하고, 상기 각 기판은 상기 층간 시트(13, 16)를 향한 각 면(2, 3)을 가지며, 상기 글레이징은 적외선 및/또는 태양 복사선을 반사하는 특성을 가지는, 수송수단을 위한 적층 글레이징(10, 10')에 있어서,400W/m2 이상, 또는 심지어 500W/m2 이상의 전력 강도를 갖는 가열 수단(12)이 상기 면(2)과 결합하며, 적외선 및/또는 태양 복사선을 반사하는 특성을 갖는 수단(15)은 상기 면(3)과 결합되고, 상기 글레이징이 70% 이상 또는 심지어 75% 이상의 빛 투과율을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는,수송수단을 위한 적층 글레이징.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가열 수단(12)은 바깥을 향한 층간 시트의 면을 향해 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 수송수단을 위한 적층 글레이징.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 적외선 및/또는 태양 복사선을 반사하는 특성을 가지는 상기 수단(15)은 상기 내부 기판(17)의 내부 면에 위치하거나 또는 내부를 향한 중앙 열가소성 중합체 시트(14)의 면에 위치하고, 상기 중앙 열가소성 중 합체 시트(14)은 두 중간 층의 열가소성 중합체 시트(11, 16) 사이에 위치하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는,수송수단을 위한 적층 글레이징.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수단(15)이 적외선 및/또는 태양 복사선을 반사하는 특성을 갖는 n 기능성 층 A 을 교대로 포함하는 얇은 막 다층과 n ≥1인 경우의 (n+1) 코팅 B로 이루어지고, 상기 코팅 B는 절연체 층 또는 절연체 층들의 중첩을 포함하여 각 기능적 층은 두 코팅 B 사이에 놓이게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는,수송수단을 위한 적층 글레이징.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기능적 층(A) (또는 상기 기능적 층 A의 적어도 하나)은, 적어도 가시광선을 흡수하고 금속성이고 임의적으로 질소화합인물 타입인 층 C를 거쳐, 그 층 아래 또는 위에 놓여진 상기 절연층 코팅 B와 접촉하는,수송수단을 위한 적층 글레이징.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡수 층 C의 두께 (또는 각각의 두께)가 1 nm를 초과하지 않으며, 특히 0.7 또는 0.6 또는 0.5nm를 초과하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 수송수단을 위한 적층 글레이징.
- 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 흡수층 C (또는 적어도 하나) 은 티타늄, 니켈, 크로뮴, 니오브 또는 지르코늄, 또는 이러한 금속 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 금속 합금을 기초로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 수송수단을 위한 적층 글레이징.
- 제 4항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, n ≥2 이고 각 기능성 층 A의 두께가 대략 15nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 수송수단을 위한 적층 글레이징.
- 제 4항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기능성 층 A(또는 적어도 하나)가 은 또는 은 합금, 특히 팔라디움 및/또는 티타늄과의 은 합금을 기초로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수송수단을 위한 적층 글레이징.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가열 수단(12)은 전도성선의 배열과 특히 꼬인 도선의 배열로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 수송수단을 위한 적층 글레이징.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가열 수단(12)은 적어도 하나의 전도성 물질의 한 층을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 수송수단을 위한 적층 글레이징.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 20% 와 40% 사이의 에너지 반사율을 가지고 특히 25% 와 38% 사이의 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 수송수단을 위한 적층 글레이징.
- 제 4항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 다층은, ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO 의 층 시퀀스를 포함하고,Si3N4/ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4/ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4,ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4/ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4,ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4,Si3N4/ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Ti/Ag/ZnO/Si3N4의 완성된 다층 중 특정한 한 다층에서,Si3N4 및/또는 ZnO 층은 Si 또는 Zn과 비례하여 소량의 Al과 붕소 타입의 성분 또는 금속을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,수송수단을 위한 적층 글레이징.
- 제 4항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 박막 다층이 상기 기판(17)에 적층된 후, 상기 기판은 구부러지도록 500℃ 이상의 열 처리되어, 구부러진 후, 외부 반사에서 청색, 녹색 또는 청록색을 갖도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수송수단 을 위한 적층 글레이징.
- 모터 수송수단의 앞 유리 또는 바람막이 유리에 대한 제 1항 내지 14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 적층 글레이징의 용도, 상기 글레이징을 태양-차단 기능과 가열 기능을 가지는 상기 글레이징과 같은 적층 글레이징의 용도.
- 수송수단을 위한 적층 글레이징(10, 10')을 생산하는 방법으로서, 두 기판(11, 17) 사이에 위치한 열가소성 중합체의 적어도 하나의 층간 시트를 포함하고, 각 기판은 상기 층간 시트(13, 16)를 향한 각 면(2, 3)을 갖고, 상기 글래이징은 적외선 및/또는 태양 복사선을 반사하는 특성을 갖는, 수송수단을 위한 적층 글레이징(10, 10')을 생산하는 방법에 있어서,400W/m2 이상, 또는 심지어 500W/m2 이상의 전력을 갖는 가열 수단(12)이 상기 면(2)과 결합하며, 적외선 및/또는 태양 복사선을 반사하는 특성을 갖는 수단(15)은 상기 면(3)과 결합되고, 적외선 및/또는 태양 복사선을 반사하는 특성을 갖는 수단(15)이 상기 글레이징이 70% 이상 또는 심지어 75% 이상의 빛 투과율을 가지도록 적응되는 것을 특징으로 하는,수송수단을 위한 적층 글레이징을 생산하는 방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 적외선 및/또는 태양 복사선을 반사하는 특성을 가지는 수단은, 두 금속, 특히 은을 기초로 하는, 기능성 층으로 구성되고, 바람직하게는 다른 층들의 두께를 변형시키지 않으면서, 상기 기판으로부터 시작하는 상기 제 1 기능 금속 층의 두께는 증가하고 상기 제 2 금속 기능성 층의 두께는 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는,수송수단을 위한 적층 글레이징을 생산하는 방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 금속 기능성 층의 두께의 증가가, 절대 값에서, 상기 제 2 금속 기능성 층의 두께의 감소 보다 더 적은 것을 특징으로 하는,수송수단을 위한 적층 글레이징을 생산하는 방법.
- 제 16항 내지 제 18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적외선 및/또는 태양 복사선을 반사하는 특성을 가지는 수단은, 두 금속, 특히 은을 기초로 한 기능성 층들을 포함하는 박막 다층으로 구성되고, 금속 기능성 층 바로 아래 놓여진 적어도 하나의 흡수 층 C 의 두께는 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는,수송수단을 위한 적층 글레이징을 생산하는 방법.
