Abstract

Claims (3)
- 한 쌍의 기판을 기판 사이에 방전 공간이 형성되도록 대향 배치함과 함께 상기 방전 공간을 복수로 나누기 위한 격벽을 적어도 한 쪽의 기판에 배치하고, 또한 상기 격벽에 의해 나누어진 방전 공간에서 방전이 발생하도록 기판에 전극군을 배치함과 함께 방전에 의해 발광하는 형광체층을 설치한 패널 본체를 갖는 플라즈마 디스플레이 장치로서,상기 형광체층은 Zn2SiO4:Mn으로 이루어지는 녹색 형광체층을 구비하고,상기 Zn2SiO4:Mn의 표면에 산화알루미늄이 코팅됨과 함께 XPS 장치에서의 측정에 의한 표면의 Si 원소에 대한 Al 원소의 비가 0.6 이상 4.0 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 Si 원소에 대한 Al 원소의 비가 1.4 이상 2.2 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 장치.
- ZnO와 SiO2를 화학량론비보다 SiO2를 0.1몰%~5몰% 과잉으로 배합한 Zn2SiO4:Mn과, 알루미늄의 금속염을 포함한 물 혹은 알칼리 용액을 혼합하여 혼합액을 제작하는 단계와, 상기 혼합액을 30℃ 이상 또한 60℃ 이하의 온도 중에서 가열 교반하여 상기 Zn2SiO4:Mn 표면에 알루미늄 산화물을 코팅하는 단계와, 상기 알루미늄 산화물이 코팅된 상기 Zn2SiO4:Mn를 공기 중에 있어서 400℃~800℃에서 소성하는 단계를 구비한 플라즈마 디스플레이 장치용 녹색 형광체 재료의 제조 방법.
