Description
Claims (12)
- (a) 슬러리 영역 및 프리보드 영역을 구비하며, 상기 슬러리 영역은 0.5 m 이상, 바람직하게는 1 m 초과, 더 바람직하게는 2 m 초과의 직경, 및 5 m 이상, 바람직하게는 10 m 이상의 높이를 갖는 반응 용기,(b) 반응 용기의 밑면에 또는 밑면 가까이에 있는 가스 유입 수단,(c) 반응 용기의 상면에 또는 상면 가까이에 있는 가스 출구,(d) 슬러리 영역 내에 있는 약 1 cm ~ 20 cm 의 직경, 및 약 1000 cm/m2 ~ 4000 cm/m2 의 총 페리미터를 갖는 복수의 수직관, 및 선택적으로는(e) 액체 유출 수단을 포함하는 3 상 슬러리 시스템에서 화학 반응을 실행하기 위한 반응기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각 수직관의 직경은 약 1 ~ 10 cm, 바람직하게는 약 2 ~ 5 cm 인 3 상 슬러리 시스템에서 화학 반응을 실행하기 위한 반응기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 수직관의 총 페리미터는 1300 ~ 3600 cm/m2, 바람직하게는 약 1600 ~ 3200 cm/m2 인 3 상 슬러리 시스템에서 화학 반응을 실행하기 위한 반응기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가스 유입 수단은 반응 용기에 하나 이상의 가스 도입 포트를 포함하며, 바람직하게는 반응 용기에 제곱 미터당 하나 이상, 바람직하게는 4/m2 의 가스 도입 포트가 있는 3 상 슬러리 시스템에서 화학 반응을 실행하기 위한 반응기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가스 유입 수단은, 반응 용기의 밑단을 가로질러 전체적 또는 실질적으로 균일하게 가스가 도입되게 하며, 더 바람직하게는 가능한 반응 용기의 밑면에 인접하게 가스가 도입되게 하는 3 상 슬러리 시스템에서 화학 반응을 실행하기 위한 반응기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 수직관은 열 전달 작용을 제공하고, 바람직하게는 열 전달 작용은 냉각 작용이며, 더 바람직하게는 열 전달 작용을 제공하는 수직관 또는 각각의 수직관은 그 안에서 열 전달 매체를 안내하는 3 상 슬러리 시스템에서 화학 반응을 실행하기 위한 반응기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3 상 슬러리 시스템은 3 상 슬러리 기포탑인 3 상 슬러리 시스템에서 화학 반응을 실행하기 위한 반응기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수직관은 하나 이상의 모듈 에 배치되고, 각 모듈은 약 20 ~ 4000 개의 튜브, 바람직하게는 약 100 ~ 400 개의 튜브를 포함하는 3 상 슬러리 시스템에서 화학 반응을 실행하기 위한 반응기.
- 바람직하게는 반응기에 합성가스를 충전시키는 탄화수소의 합성을 위한 공정으로서, 반응기에 반응물을 충전시키는 단계; 및 반응기의 내용물을 냉각시키고 반응기로부터 생성물을 제거하는 단계를 포함하고, 반응기는 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 규정된 바와 같은 발열 반응을 실행하기 위한 공정.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 표면 가스 속도는 0.5 ~ 50 cm/sec, 바람직하게는 5 ~ 40 cm/sec, 더 바람직하게는 20 ~ 30 cm/sec 이고, 특히 반응기의 슬러리 영역에 있는 슬러리의 농도는 15 % 이상, 바람직하게는 20 ~ 40 % 인 발열 반응을 실행하기 위한 공정.
- 선택적으로는 직접 생성물의 수소화, 수소이성질체화, 및/또는 수소화분해 이후에 획득되는, 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항의 공정에 따라 획득되는 생성물.
- 반응기가 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 사용되며, 높은 온도 및 압력에서 철 또는 코발트 촉매, 바람직하게는 코발트 촉매에 의한 일산화탄소와 수소의 반응으로 탄화수소를 준비하는 공정.
