Claims (10)
- 개별의 치를 가진 적어도 한쌍의 풀리(5,6) 및 풀리와 맞물리는 치 벨트(10)를 구비하는, 오일과 함께 이용되는 치 벨트 구동부로서, 벨트(10)는 엘라스토머 재료로 제작된 동체(12), 동체 안에 함입된 복수개의 섬유 모양 저항 삽입부(13) 및, 코팅 직물(15)이 제공된 치(14)를 구비하고,벨트의 기준 형상(profile)의 치(20)와 풀리의 기준 형상의 홈(29) 사이의 횡방향 간극이 치(20) 높이의 1/5 내지 4/5 범위인 개별 측부(22,31)의 적어도 중간 부분에서 - 0.1 mm 내지 + 0.15 mm 사이이도록, 벨트(14)의 치와 각각의 풀리(5,6)의 치(25)가 무한 곡률 반경 피치 라인을 가진 개별의 기준 형상을 가지며, 상기 코팅 직물(15)은 엘라스토머 재료가 부가된 불소 첨가 플라스토머를 포함하는 저항층(18)으로 덮힌 것을 특징으로 하는, 치 벨트 구동부.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 간극은 - 0.05 mm 내지 + 0.10 mm 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 치 벨트 구동부.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 간극은 실질적으로 제로(O)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 치 벨트 구동부.
- 전기한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 저항층(18)에서, 불소 첨가 플라스토머의 양은 중량의 면에서 엘라스토머 재료에 비하여 큰 것을 특징으로 하는, 치 벨트 구동부.
- 전기한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서,불소 첨가 플라스토머는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 계 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 치 벨트 구동부.
- 전기한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서,저항층을 형성하도록 불소 첨가 플라스토머가 혼합되는 상기 엘라스토머 재료는 HNBR을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 치 벨트 구동부.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 엘라스토머 재료는 폴리메타클리릭 산(polymethacrylic acid)의 아연 염으로 개질된 HNBR 인 것을 특징으로 하는, 치 벨트 구동부.
- 전기한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 벨트(10)의 상기 저항 삽입부(13)는, 유리 섬유, 아라미드 섬유, 폴리에스터 섬유, 탄소 섬유 및 PBO 섬유를 포함하는 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 치 벨트 구동부.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 저항 삽입부(13)는 유리 섬유와 탄소 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 치 벨트 구동부.
- 전기한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 저항 삽입부(13)는 디엔(diene) 및 니트릴 그룹을 포함하는 단량체로부터 형성된 라텍스를 포함하는 RFL 로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 치 벨트 구동부.
