Claims (5)
- 질산니켈 수화물의 용융액을, 액적 또는 액류로서, 가열한 반응용기중에 도입하고, 기상(gas phase)중, 1200℃ 이상의 온도에서, 또한 상기 온도에 있어서의 니켈-산화니켈의 평형산소분압 이하의 산소분압하에서 열분해를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고결정성 니켈분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산소분압이 10-2Pa 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 고결정성 니켈분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 질산니켈 수화물의 용융액에, 환원제가 첨가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고결정성 니켈분말의 제조방법.
- 니켈 이외의 금속, 반금속 및 이들의 화합물의 적어도 1종을 첨가한 질산니켈 수화물의 용융액을, 액적 또는 액류로서, 가열한 반응용기중에 도입하고, 기상중, 1200℃ 이상의 온도에서, 또한 10-2Pa 이하의 산소분압하에서 열분해를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고결정성 니켈합금분말 또는 고결정성 니켈복합분말의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 질산니켈 수화물의 용융액에, 환원제가 더 첨가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고결정성 니켈합금분말 또는 고결정성 니켈복합분말의 제조방법.
