Claims (41)
- 다음을 포함하는 외과적 이식물:강성 외과적 이식물 기판:상기 기판 상에 제공되고 그리고 상기 기판의 일부분을 덮는 다공질 부착 구조물, 및상기 기판의 상기 일부분에 인접하는 일부분을 가지고 상기 다공질 부착 구조물을 함침하는 엘라스토머체, 상기 엘라스토머체의 상기 일부분은 상기 기판의 상기 일부분에 인접한 부피의 주요부를 충전하고 상기 다공질 부착 구조물을 포함하며, 이에 의해 상기 엘라스토머체는 상기 기판에 고정됨.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다공질 부착 구조물은 상기 기판의 상기 일부분에 대향하고 이로부터 이격된 표면을 가지고, 상기 엘라스토머체는 상기 다공질 구조물의 상기 표면의 일부분을 덮는 엘라스토머의 연속 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적 이식물.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다공질 부착 구조물은 망상 금속의 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적 이식물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다공질 부착 구조물은 개방-셀 금속의 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적 이식물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다공질 부착 구조물은 상기 기판의 대향면에 결합된 스크린을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적 이식물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다공질 부착 구조물은 상기 기판의 표면 상의 복수의 서 있는 강성 루프들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적 이식물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다공질 부착 구조물은 상기 기판의 표면으로부터 서있는 복수의 핀들을 포함하고, 상기 핀들 각각에는 복수의 어퍼처들이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적 이식물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기판은 서있는 둘레 지지 구조물을 가지고, 상기 다공질 부착 구조물은 상기 둘레 지지 구조물로부터 일반적으로 방사상으로 안쪽으로 연장되고 그리고 상기 기판의 상기 일부분으로부터 이격된 림(rim)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적 이식물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 이식물은 추간판 인공삽입물인 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적 이식물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 이식물은 관절 대체물이고 상기 기판은 수질내 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적 이식물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 이식물은 인대 대체물 또는 힘줄 대체물 중 하나이고 상기 기판은 고정 플러그인 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적 이식물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 엘라스토머의 연속 층은 상기 기판의 상기 일부분과 실질적으로 동일공간인(coextensive) 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적 이식물.
- 다음을 포함하는 외과적 이식물:강성 외과적 이식물 기판,상기 기판 상에 제공되고 그리고 상기 기판의 일부분을 덮는 다공질 부착 구조물, 및상기 기판의 상기 일부분에 인접한 일부분을 가지고 그리고 상기 다공질 부착 구조물을 함침하는 엘라스토머체, 여기서 상기 기판의 상기 일부분에 일반적으로 평행한 면들에서의 상기 다공질 부착 구조물의 두께 전체에 걸쳐 상기 다공질 구조의 순 공극률은 21.5 %보다 큼.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 다공질 부착 구조물은 상기 기판의 상기 일부분에 대향하고 이로부터 이격된 표면을 가지고, 상기 엘라스토머체는 상기 다공질 구조물의 상기 표면의 일부분을 덮는 엘라스토머의 연속 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적 이식물.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 다공질 부착 구조물은 상기 기판에 고착된 둘레를 갖는 천공 플레이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적 이식물.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 다공질 부착 구조물은 상기 기판에 고착된 둘레를 갖는 스크린을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적 이식물.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 다공질 부착 구조물은 망상 금속의 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적 이식물.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 다공질 부착 구조물은 개방-셀 금속의 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적 이식물.

- 다음의 단계들을 포함하는 외과적 이식물의 제조 방법:상기 외과적 이식물의 강성 기판 부재를 제공하는 단계,다공질 부착 구조물을 제공하는 단계,상기 다공질 부착 구조물을 상기 강성 기판 부재에 부착시키는 단계, 및상기 다공질 부착 구조물을 엘라스토머로 함침하여 상기 엘라스토머를 상기 강성 기판 부재에 고정하는 단계.
- 제 28 항에 있어서,상기 다공질 부착 구조물은 상기 기판 부재에 부착되어 상기 기판 부재의 일부분에 대향하고 이로부터 이격된 표면을 가지고, 상기 엘라스토머는 상기 다공질 구조의 상기 표면의 일부분을 덮는 엘라스토머의 연속 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적 이식물의 제조 방법.
- 제 29 항에 있어서,상기 다공질 부착 구조물은 천공 플레이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적 이식물의 제조 방법.

- 제 28 항에 있어서,상기 다공질 부착 구조물은 상기 기판 부재의 일부분을 덮도록 상기 기판 부재에 부착되고, 상기 기판 부재의 상기 일부분에 인접한 일부분을 갖는 엘라스토머체를 형성하고, 상기 엘라스토머체의 상기 일부분은 상기 기판 부재의 상기 일부분에 인접한 부피의 주요부를 충전하고 상기 다공질 부착 구조물을 포함하도록 상기 함침이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적 이식물의 제조 방법.
- 제 28 항에 있어서,상기 다공질 부착 구조물은 상기 기판 부재의 일부분을 덮도록 상기 기판 부재에 부착되고, 상기 기판 부재의 상기 일부분에 일반적으로 평행한 면들에서의 상기 다공질 부착 구조물의 두께 전체에서 상기 다공질 구조물의 순 공극률이 21.5 %보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적 이식물의 제조 방법.
