Claims (6)
- 초경합금, 서멧, 세라믹, 입방정 질화붕소계 재료, 또는 고속도강으로된 경질 합금의 기재, 및 하나 이상의 층이 결정질 입방정 상인 c-(Me1 - xSix)c(N1 - bXb)d 을 포함하는 내화성 화합물로 된 하나 또는 그 이상의 층으로 구성된 코팅을 포함하며, 여기서 Me 는 원소 Ti, Zr, Cr, V 및 Al 중 하나 또는 수개, X 는 원소 C, O 및 B 중 하나 또는 수개인, 칩 제거 기계가공을 위한 절삭 공구 인서트, 솔리드 엔드 밀 또는 드릴에 있어서,비 (R = d/c) 는 0.85 ~ 1.05 이고, b 는 0.1 미만이고, x 는 0.05 ~ 0.20 이며, 상기 층은 XRD 에 의해 검출되는 비정질 상을 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 공구 인서트, 솔리드 엔드 밀 또는 드릴.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 층의 결정은 섬유질이며, 강력하게 분기되고 구부러지는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 공구 인서트, 솔리드 엔드 밀 또는 드릴.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 층의 조직은 θ ~ 2θ 구조에서 CuΚα 복사선을 이용하는 c-(Me,Si)N (200) 피크의 영역과 c-(Me,Si)N (111) 사이의 비 (Κ) 가 5 이상, 바람직하게는 10 이상인 것으로서 규정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 공구 인서트, 솔리드 엔드 밀 또는 드릴.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 층으로부터의, θ ~ 2θ 구조에서의 X 선 회절 패턴의 c-(Me1 - xSix)c(N1 -bXb)d (200) 피크의 FWHM (Full Width Half Maximum) 값은, x<0.1 일 때 0.5°(2θ) 이상이고, x≥0.1 일 때 0.9°(2θ) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 공구 인서트, 솔리드 엔드 밀 또는 드릴.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 층의 구조는 염화나트륨 (NaCl) 유형인 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 공구 인서트, 솔리드 엔드 밀 또는 드릴.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 층의 구조는 황화아연 (ZnS) 유형인 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 공구 인서트, 솔리드 엔드 밀 또는 드릴.
