Claims (8)
- 마그네슘 합금제 판재의 초소성 성형체에 있어서, 첨가 합금 원소의 일부로서 알루미늄을 1.0~10.0mass%, 아연을 0.5~3.0mass%, 망간을 0.1~0.8mass% 함유하고, 산소 농도가 300mass ppm이하인 마그네슘 합금제 판재의 초소성 성형체로 이루어지며, 초소성 성형에 있어서의 공동 형성이 억제된 구조를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘 합금제 케이스체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 산소 농도가 100mass ppm이하인 마그네슘 합금제 판재의 초소성 성형체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘 합금제 케이스체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 마그네슘 합금제 판재의 일부 부위가 초소성 성형에 의해 성형되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘 합금제 케이스체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 초소성 성형이 딥 드로잉 성형인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘 합금제 케이스체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 초소성 성형이 스트레치 성형인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘 합금제 케이스체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 초소성 성형이 블로우 성형인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘 합금제 케이스체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 마그네슘 합금제 케이스체의 일부 결정 입자가 20㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘 합금제 케이스체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 마그네슘 합금제 케이스체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조용 경량 부재.
