Claims (16)
- 비닐 아세테이트, 에틸렌 및 가교결합성 단량체를 함유하는 중합체로 구성되고 유화 중합에 의해 형성되는 충분량의 중합체 결합제로 함께 결합되어 자립형(self-sustaining) 웹을 형성하는 섬유의 부직 웹으로 구성된 부직포 제품에 있어서,상기 유화 중합에서 0.5∼3 중량%의 임계 미셀 농도를 갖는 계면활성제를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체의 에틸렌 함량은 중합체의 총중량을 기준으로 약 3∼30 중량%인 부직포 제품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 가교결합성 단량체는 중합체의 총중량을 기준으로 1∼10 중량%의 양으로 상기 중합체에 존재하는 것인 부직포 제품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 계면활성제는 유화 중합에서 중합체 결합제의 1 중량% 미만의 양으로 사용되는 것인 부직포 제품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 중합체는 이 중합체의 총중량을 기준으로 0.5∼5%의 공중합 가능한 안정화 단량체를 함유하는 것인 부직포 제품.
- 제5항에 있어서, 공중합 가능한 안정화 단량체는 나트륨 비닐 술포네이트 및 2-아크릴아미도-2-메틸프로판 술폰산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 부직포 제품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제의 임계 미셀 농도는 약 1∼2 중량%인 부직포 제품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 유화 중합에서 사용되는 계면활성제는 디헥실 에스테르 나트륨 술포숙시네이트, 나트륨 2-에틸헥실 술페이트, 나트륨 이소부틸 술포숙시네이트, 나트륨 디아밀 술포숙시네이트, 나트륨 디시클로헥실 술포숙시네이트 및 나트륨 디이소프로필나프탈렌 술포숙시네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 부직포 제품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 중합체의 Tg는 5∼20℃인 부직포 제품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 중합체의 총중량을 기준으로 0.5∼10 중량%의 비닐 클로라이드를 함유하는 것인 부직포 제품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 중합체의 총중량을 기준으로 3∼8 중량%의 비닐 클로라이드를 함유하는 것인 부직포 제품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 중합체의 총중량을 기준으로 0.5∼10 중량%의 비닐 베르사테이트(vinyl versatate)를 함유하는 것인 부직포 제품.
- 충분량의 중합체 결합제로 함께 결합되어 자립형 웹을 형성하는 섬유의 부직 웹으로 구성된 부직포 제품으로서, 상기 중합체 결합제는 5∼20℃의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 중합체를 포함하고, 상기 중합체는 비닐 아세테이트, 에틸렌 및 가교결합성 단량체의 중합 단위로 구성되며, 상기 중합체는 1∼2 중량%의 임계 미셀 농도를 갖는 계면활성제가 상기 중합체의 0.4∼0.8 중량%의 양으로 사용되는 유화 중합에 의해 형성되는 것인 부직포 제품.
- 제13항에 있어서, 유화 중합에서 사용되는 계면활성제는 나트륨 술포숙시네이트의 디헥실 에스테르인 부직포 제품.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 또한 나트륨 비닐 술포네이트 및 2-아크릴아미도-2-메틸프로판 술폰산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는, 중합체의 중량을 기준으로 0.5∼2 중량%의 공중합 가능한 안정화 단량체로 구성되는 것인 부직포 제품.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 또한 중합체의 총중량을 기준으로 3∼8 중 량%의 비닐 클로라이드로 구성되는 것인 부직포 제품.
