- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 엔진 속도 제어 수단은 가속 페달의 조작량의 변화율에 기초하여 상기 엔진의 속도의 변화율을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 차동 기구는, 상기 무단 변속부가 전기 제어식 무단 변속기로서 작동 가능한 차동 상태와, 상기 무단 변속부가 전기 제어식 무단 변속기로서 작동할 수 없는 비차동 상태 사이에서 상기 무단 변속부를 전환할 수 있는 차동 상태 전환 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.

- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어의 개시시에 상기 차동 기구가 상기 차동 상태에 있는 경우, 상기 엔진 속도 제어 수단은 상기 무단 변속부의 전기 무단 변속 작동을 제어함으로써 상기 엔진의 속도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어의 개시시에 상기 차동 기구가 상기 비차동 상태에 있는 경우, 상기 엔진 속도 제어 수단은 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 작동에 의한 상기 엔진의 속도의 변화를 이용함으로써 상기 엔진의 속도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 엔진 속도 제어 수단은, 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어의 개시시에 상기 차동 기구가 상기 비차동 상태에 있다면, 상기 차동 기구가 상기 비차동 상태로 유지되면서, 상기 전동기를 이용함으로써, 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어 중에 상기 엔진의 속도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.

- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어의 개시시에 상기 차동 기구가 상기 차동 상태에 있는 경우, 상기 엔진 속도 제어 수단은 상기 무단 변속부의 전기 무단 변속 작동을 제어함으로써 상기 엔진의 속도를 제어하고, 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어의 개시시에 상기 차동 기구가 상기 비차동 상태에 있는 경우, 상기 유단 변속부가 상기 비차동 상태로 유지 되는 채로, 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 작동에 의한 상기 엔진의 속도의 변화를 이용함으로써 상기 엔진의 속도가 변하도록, 상기 엔진 속도 제어 수단은 상기 유단 변속부의 변속 제어를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 차동 기구는, 상기 엔진에 연결되는 제 1 요소, 상기 제 1 전동기에 연결되는 제 2 요소, 및 상기 동력 전달 부재에 연결되는 제 3 요소를 가지고,상기 차동 상태 전환 장치는, 상기 차동 상태를 성립시키기 위해서 상기 제 1 내지 제 3 요소가 서로에 대해 회전될 수 있게, 상기 비차동 상태를 성립시키기 위해서 상기 제 1 내지 제 3 요소가 일체로 회전되거나 상기 제 2 요소를 비회전 상태로 유지되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 차동 상태 전환 장치는, 상기 제 1 내지 제 3 요소를 일체로 회전시키기 위해 상기 제 1 내지 제 3 요소 중 어느 두 요소를 서로 연결할 수 있는 클러치 및/또는 상기 제 2 요소를 비회전 상태로 유지하기 위해 상기 제 2 요소를 비회전 부재에 고정시킬 수 있는 브레이크를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 차동 기구는, 상기 엔진에 연결되는 제 1 요소, 상 기 제 1 전동기에 연결되는 제 2 요소, 및 상기 동력 전달 부재에 연결되는 제 3 요소를 가지고,상기 차동 상태 전환 장치는, 상기 차동 상태를 성립시키기 위해서 상기 제 1 내지 제 3 요소가 서로에 대해 회전될 수 있게, 상기 비차동 상태를 성립시키기 위해서 상기 제 1 내지 제 3 요소가 일체로 회전되거나 상기 제 2 요소를 비회전 상태로 유지되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 차동 기구는, 상기 엔진에 연결되는 제 1 요소, 상기 제 1 전동기에 연결되는 제 2 요소, 및 상기 동력 전달 부재에 연결되는 제 3 요소를 가지고,상기 차동 상태 전환 장치는, 상기 차동 상태를 성립시키기 위해서 상기 제 1 내지 제 3 요소가 서로에 대해 회전될 수 있게, 상기 비차동 상태를 성립시키기 위해서 상기 제 1 내지 제 3 요소가 일체로 회전되거나 상기 제 2 요소를 비회전 상태로 유지되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 차동 상태 전환 장치는, 상기 유단 변속부의 요구되는 출력 토크에 따라 차동 상태와 비차동 상태 사이에서 상기 차동 기구를 선택적으로 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 차동 상태 전환 장치는, 차량 속도에 따라 차동 상 태와 비차동 상태 사이에서 상기 차동 기구를 선택적으로 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 차동 상태 전환 장치는, 엔진 토크에 따라 차동 상태와 비차동 상태 사이에서 상기 차동 기구를 선택적으로 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 차동 상태 전환 장치는, 엔진 속도에 따라 차동 상태와 비차동 상태 사이에서 상기 차동 기구를 선택적으로 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 차동 상태 전환 장치는, 상기 유단 변속부의 요구되는 출력 토크에 따라 차동 상태와 비차동 상태 사이에서 상기 차동 기구를 선택적으로 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 차동 상태 전환 장치는, 차량 속도에 따라 차동 상태와 비차동 상태 사이에서 상기 차동 기구를 선택적으로 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 장치.
