Claims (9)
- 제어된 방식으로 개방되는 칼라(300)를 이용하여 결합된 두 개의 밸브와, 단일의 로드(401)를 구비한 액츄에이터(400)와, 로드(410)의 운동으로 인해 제1 부분의 이동 대해서는 두 개의 밸브가 폐쇄되고 나머지 이동 부분에 대해서는 칼라(300)가 개방되도록 하는 단일 축 운동을 가지는 타입이며, 특히 유체 로딩 아암을 위한 비상 해제 시스템(1)에 있어서,액츄에이터는 상기 두 부분의 이동에 대한 로드(401) 운동을 보장하면서 상기 부분 각각에 대해서 독립적으로 제어되는 것을 보장하도록 구성된 수단을 포함하며, 상기 수단은 동축으로 또는 실질적으로 동축으로 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비상 해제 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수단은 칼라가 개방되기 전에 밸브의 폐쇄 작업의 역행을 보장하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비상 해제 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 액츄에이터는 하나의 잭이 다른 하나의 잭 내부에 포개어져 있는 두 개의 잭을 포함하며 단일의 액츄에이터 로드를 제어하는 타입이고, 제1 잭의 이동은 로드의 상기 제1 이동 부분에 대응하고 제2 잭의 이동은 나머지 이동 부분에 대응하며, 각각의 잭들은 독립적인 솔레노이드 밸브에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비상 해제 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 칼라는 타이 로드에 의해 서로 연결된 두 개의 세그먼트를 구비한 타입이며, 하나의 타이 로드는 상기 칼라의 개방을 허용하고, 다른 하나의 타이 로드는 세그먼트가 서로에 대해서 피벗 운동하는 것을 허용하며, 상기 칼라는 칼라의 완전한 개방을 보장하도록 세그먼트와 밸브의 본체 사이에서 작동 가능한 탄성 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비상 해제 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 이동 부분에 대한 제어 이전에 제2 이동 부분을 작동시키기 위한 제어가 시작될 때에라도 상기 시스템의 단일 축 운동으로 인해서 칼라의 개방 전에 밸브가 폐쇄되도록, 밸브 폐쇄를 위한 제어에 대응하는 제1 이동 부분은 칼라의 개방에 대응하는 이동 부분과 적어도 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 비상 해제 시스템.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 탄성 수단은 두 개의 밸브 본체의 중간 축에 수직하게 칼라의 세그먼트에 그러한 목적으로 제공된 보어에 배치된 스프링 워셔 형태를 취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비상 해제 시스템.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 잭은 두 개의 개구를 구비하고, 실린더 역할을 하는 중공 피스톤이 제2 잭을 형성하는 제2 피스톤에 두 개의 개구 사이에서 장착되고, 액츄에이터 로드는 액츄에이터로부터 돌출되도록 상기 제1 잭과 제2 잭을 관통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비상 해제 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 로드는 제2 잭에 공급하기 위해 제2 잭의 제2 피스톤에서 돌출되며 전체가 관통된 중공을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비상 해제 시스템.
- 제4항 또는 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 칼라의 개방을 허용하는 타이 로드는 세그먼트 각각의 대응 단부에 연결된 캠을 각 단부에 구비하고, 상기 캠들 중 하나의 캠은 대응 세그먼트의 단부를 지탱하는 핑거부로 형성되고, 폐쇄된 위치에서 상기 타이 로드는 칼라의 상기 세그먼트의 상기 단부에 형성된 정지부를 지탱하고, 또한 칼라는 칼라에 구비된 탄성 수단에 의해 압박을 받음으로써 칼라를 개방하기 위해서 액츄에이터 잭의 작용 하에서 타이 로드의 피벗 운동시 핑거부에 의해 사점이 통과되어야 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비상 연결 해제 시스템.
