Claims (4)
- 두께가 2 ∼ 200㎛ 인 투명한 필름 기재의 일방의 면에는, 상기 필름 기재 측으로부터 제 1 투명 유전체 박막, 제 2 투명 유전체 박막 및 투명 도전성 박막이 이 순서대로 형성되어 있고,상기 투명한 필름 기재의 타방의 면에는, 투명한 점착제층을 개재하여 투명 기체가 부착되어 있는 투명 도전성 적층체로서,상기 제 1 투명 유전체 박막은, 진공 증착법, 스퍼터링법 또는 이온 플레이팅법에 의해 형성되고, 또한 상기 제 1 투명 유전체 박막은, 산화인듐 100 중량부에 대하여, 산화주석을 0 ∼ 20 중량부, 산화세륨을 10 ∼ 40 중량부 함유한 복합 산화물로 이루어지며,상기 제 1 투명 유전체 박막의 굴절률을 n1, 상기 제 2 투명 유전체 박막의 굴절률을 n2, 상기 투명 도전성 박막의 굴절률을 n3 으로 했을 때, n2<n3≤n1 의 관계를 만족하고,상기 투명 기체는, 2 장 이상의 투명한 기체 필름을 투명한 점착제층을 개재하여 적층한 적층 투명 기체인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 도전성 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 투명 유전체 박막의 두께가 10 ∼ 200㎚ 이며, 또한 표면 저항값 이 1×106(Ω/□) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 도전성 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명 기체의 외표면에 수지층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 도전성 적층체.
- 투명 도전성 박막을 갖는 한 쌍의 패널판을, 상기 투명 도전성 박막끼리가 대향하도록, 스페이서를 개재하여 대향 배치하여 이루어지는 터치 패널에 있어서, 적어도 일방의 패널판이 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 투명 도전성 적층체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널.
