Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 시트부품 조정장치로서,회전구동수단,입력측이 상기 회전구동수단에 연결되는 워엄기어,입력측이 상기 워엄기어에 연결되는 편심기어, 및입력측이 커플링수단에 의해 상기 편심기어에 연결되는 회전 가능하게 지지되는 회전요소를 포함하여 구성되는데, 상기 커플링수단은 상기 편심기어의 운동을 상기 회전요소의 회전운동으로 변환하도록 설계되며, 상기 회전요소는 상기 회전요소의 회전운동에 따른 견인요소의 조정을 통해 상기 견인요소에 연결될 시트부품을 조정할 수 있도록 견인요소에 연결되게 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트부품 조정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 견인요소는 유연성 견인요소인 것을 특징으로 하는 시트부품 조정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 커플링수단은 상기 편심기어에 마련된 제 1 커플링요소 및 상기 회전요 소에 마련된 제 2 커플링요소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트부품 조정장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 커플링요소는 다수의 핀을 포함하며, 상기 제 2 커플링요소는 다수의 요부를 포함하는데, 상기 핀 및 상기 요부는 조를 이루어 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트부품 조정장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 커플링요소는 다수의 요부를 포함하며, 상기 제 2 커플링요소는 다수의 핀을 포함하는데, 상기 핀 및 상기 요부는 조를 이루어 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트부품 조정장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 워엄기어는 상기 회전구동수단에 연결된 워엄과 회전 가능하게 지지된 워엄휘일을 포함하며, 상기 편심기어는 내측에 기어부가 형성된 회전고정형 링기어와, 상기 링기어 속에 회전 가능하게 배치되어 상기 링기어와 맞물리는 로터를 포함하며,상기 워엄휘일에는 상기 링기어의 내측기어부를 따라서 로터를 구름운동시키도록 설계된 편심기가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트부품 조정장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 커플링요소는 상기 로터에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트부품 조정장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중의 한 항에 있어서,핀의 직경은 상기 핀과 맞물려있는 요부의 직경보다 링기어와 로터의 피치직경 차이만큼 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 시트부품 조정장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 워엄, 상기 워엄휘일, 상기 로터 및 상기 회전요소는 하우징 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트부품 조정장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 링기어의 일부는 상기 하우징의 일부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트부품 조정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 견인요소는 보우덴(Bowden) 케이블인 것을 특징으로 하는 시트부품 조정장치.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 11항 중의 한 항에 있어서,상기 보우덴 케이블의 외피는 상기 하우징의 일부에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트부품 조정장치.
- 조정형 시트부품, 및제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중의 한 항에 따른 시트부품 조정장치를 포함하여 구성되는데, 상기 견인요소는 상기 조정형 시트부품에 조정을 위해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 조정형 시트부품은 요추지지대인 것을 특징으로 하는 시트.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 조정형 시트부품은 헤드레스트인 것을 특징으로 하는 시트.
- 시트부품의 조정방법으로서, 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중의 한 항에 따른 시트부품 조정장치의 회전요소의 회전각에 따라서 상기 시트부품을 조정하기 위해 상기 시트부품 조정장치의 회전요소의 회전각에 따라서 상기 시트부품 조정장치에 의해 상기 시트부품에 연결된 견인요소의 위치를 변화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트부품의 조정방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 견인요소는 유연성 견인요소이며,상기 견인요소의 위치를 변화시키는 단계는, 상기 시트부품 조정장치의 회전요소 상의 상기 견인요소의 권취정도에 따라서 상기 시트부품을 조정하기 위해 상기 견인요소를 권치하거나 풀어주는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트부품의 조정방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 시트부품은 헤드레스트인 것을 특징으로 하는 시트부품의 조정방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 시트부품은 요추지지대인 것을 특징으로 하는 시트부품의 조정방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 견인요소의 위치에 따라서 상기 요추지지대의 높이를 변화시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트부품의 조정방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 견인요소의 위치에 따라서 상기 요추지지대의 굴곡을 변화시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트부품의 조정방법.
