Claims (11)
- 제어 방법으로서,배터리(1)의 작동점(AP1, AP2)을 구하는 상태치로서 그 시점의 배터리(1)의 충전 상태(SoC1, SoC2)를 구하고, 그 시점에 있어서의 작동점(AP1, AP2)을 설정할 때에는 온도(T) 및/또는 노화 상태(SoH)를 토대로 계속적으로 보정된 충전 상태(SoC1, SoC2)의 목표치(SoCAP1, SoCAP2)가 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 특히 리튬 이온 배터리, 니켈 수소 배터리, 리튬 폴리머 배터리 등의 배터리(1)의 작동점(AP, AP1, AP2)의 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,그 시점에 있어서의 충전 상태(SoC1, SoC2)의 목표치(SoCAP1, SoCAP2)가 정의된 온도 의존 제1 특성 곡선(KΙ)을 토대로 해서 보정된 것을 특징으로 하는,제어 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,배터리(1)의 그 시점의 충전 상태(SoC1, SoC2)가, 특히 바람직하게는 배터리 전류 및 유입되거나/또는 방출된 전하의 계속적 측정으로부터 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는,제어 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,그 시점에 있어서의 충전 상태(SoC1, SoC2)가 무부하 전압 측정 방법 및/또는 시뮬레이션을 이용한 추정에 의해서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는,제어 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,온도(T)로서 환경 온도 및/또는 배터리 온도, 특히 셀 온도가 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는,제어 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,그 시점에 있어서의 충전 상태(SoC1, SoC2)의 목표치(SoCAP1, SoCAP2)가 노화 상태에 의존한 보정 팩터(SoCkorr) 및 정의된, 특히 바람직하게는 노화 상태 의존한 제2 특성 곡선(KⅡ)을 토대로 해서 보정되는 것을 특징으로 하는,제어 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,노화 상태에 의존한 보정 팩터(SoCkorr)가 시뮬레이션에 의한 배터리(1)의 용량이나 출력의 추정 방법을 토대로 해서 구해지는 것을 특징으로 하는,제어 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,배터리(1)의 노화 상태(SoH)가 전압 측정에 의한 방법, 전류 측정에 의한 방법 및/또는 시뮬레이션에 의한 추정 방법에 의해서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는,제어 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,그 시점의 충전 상태가 보정된 충전 상태(SoC2)용의 목표치(SoCAP2)를 밑 도는 경우, 보정 충전이 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는,제어 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,보정 충전 후에 노화 상태 의존 보정 팩터(SoCkorr)가 1보다도 큰 값으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는,제어 방법.
- 장치로서,특히 바람직하게는 온도(T) 및/또는 배터리(1)의 노화 상태(SoH)를 토대로 해서 동적인 충전 상태(SoC1, SoC2)용의 목표치(SoCAP1, SoCAP2)의 계속적인 보정에 의해서 배터리(1)의 작동점(AP1, AP2)을 설정하고 있는 제어 장치(4)의 부품으로서의, 적어도 하나의 프로세서를 장착하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 특히 리튬 이온 배터리, 니켈 수소 배터리, 리튬 폴리머 배터리 등의 배터리(1)의 작동점(AP, AP1, AP2)의 제어 방법을 실시하기 위한 장치.
