Claims (10)
- C : 1.2 %(질량%의 의미, 성분에 대해 이하 동일함) 이하(0 %를 포함하지 않음),Si : 1.2 내지 4 %,Mn : 0.1 내지 2.0 %,Al : 0.01 % 이하(0 %를 포함하지 않음)를 포함하고, 잔량부 철 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어지는 강이며,강 중의 개재물 중, 산소 농도가 25 질량% 이상이고, Al2O3 + MgO + CaO + SiO2 + MnO = 100 %(질량%의 의미, 개재물에 대해 이하 동일함)로 한 경우의 SiO2 함량이 70 % 이상인 산화물계 개재물이며, L(개재물의 긴 직경)/D(개재물의 짧은 직경)가 4 이상이고 또한 D가 25 ㎛ 이상인 산화물계 개재물, 및 L/D가 4 미만이고 또한 L이 25 ㎛ 이상인 산화물계 개재물의 합계가 20개/500 g 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 고청정도 스프링용 강.
- 제1항에 있어서, 또 다른 원소로서Cr : 3 % 이하(0 %를 포함하지 않음),Mo : 0.5 % 이하(0 %를 포함하지 않음),W : 0.5 % 이하(0 %를 포함하지 않음), 및Co : 0.5 % 이하(0 %를 포함하지 않음)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 고청정도 스프링용 강.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 또 다른 원소로서V : 0.5 % 이하(0 %를 포함하지 않음),Nb : 0.1 % 이하(0 %를 포함하지 않음), 및Ti : 0.1 % 이하(0 %를 포함하지 않음)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 고청정도 스프링용 강.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 또 다른 원소로서Cu : 0.1 % 이하(0 %를 포함하지 않음) 및/또는 Ni : 0.5 % 이하(0 %를 포함하지 않음)를 포함하는 고청정도 스프링용 강.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 또 다른 원소로서 REM을 0.1 내지 50 ppm 포함하는 고청정도 스프링용 강.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 또 다른 원소로서 알칼리 금속 원소 및/또는 알칼리토류 금속 원소를, 합계 0.1 내지 50 ppm 포함하는 고청정도 스프링용 강.
- 선재의 표면으로부터 직경의 1/4 깊이까지의 표층측에 존재하는, 폭 : 3 ㎛ 이상의 산화물계 개재물이, 하기 수학식1을 만족하는 동시에, MgO 농도 : 5 질량% 이하(0 질량%를 포함함), 및 MnO 농도 : 10 질량% 이하(0 질량%를 포함함)이고, 또한 당해 산화물계 개재물 중의 CaO, Al2O3 및 SiO2의 각 농도 [Cn], [An] 및 [Sn]을, 각각 하기 수학식2 내지 수학식4와 같이 나타냈을 때, 이들이 하기 수학식5 및 수학식6의 관계를 만족하는 동시에, 이들 CaO 농도 [Cn], Al2O3 농도 [An] 및 SiO2 농도 [Sn]을 CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 3성분계 상태도로 나타냈을 때에 산화물계 개재물의 융점이 1500 ℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 고청정도 스프링용 강.[수학식1][수학식2][수학식3][수학식4][수학식5][수학식6]단,「개재물의 폭」은, 선재의 축심선을 포함하는 단면에서 관찰했을 때의 축심 방향과 수직인 방향의 개재물의 직경을 의미함.
- 제7항에 있어서, C : 1.2 질량% 이하(0 %를 포함하지 않음), Si : 1.2 내지 4 질량%, Mn : 0.1 내지 2.0 질량%, Al : 0.01 질량% 이하(0 %를 포함하지 않음)를 각각 포함하는 강재로 이루어지는 것인 고청정도 스프링용 강.
- 제8항에 있어서, 또한 Cr, Ni, V, Nb, Mo, W, Cu, Ti, Li, Na, K 및 희토류 원소로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소를 함유하는 것인 고청정도 스프링용 강.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 고청정도 스프링용 강을 사용하여 얻어지는 피로 특성이 우수한 고청정도 스프링.
