Claims (2)
- 냉온수가 유입하는 유로를 개폐하는 밸브 본체를 구비하고, 이 밸브 본체의 개방 정도를 조절함으로써 공조기를 흐르는 상기 냉온수의 유량을 조절가능한 유량제어밸브로서,상기 공조기의 설계 유량을 상기 공조기의 냉방/난방 운전 모드 마다 기억하는 기억 수단과,공조 제어장치로부터의 정보에 따라 상기 공조기의 냉방/난방 운전 모드를 판정하는 냉방/난방 운전 모드 판정 수단과,이 냉방/난방 운전 모드 판정 수단에서 판정된 모드에 대응하는 설계 유량을 상기 기억 수단으로부터 취득하고, 이 설계 유량에 의거하여 상기 공조제어 장치로부터 출력된 조작량을 유량으로 환산하는 유량환산 수단과,상기 유로를 통과하는 냉온수의 유량을 계측하는 유량계측수단과,이 유량계측수단에 의해 계측된 통과 유량이 상기 유량환산 수단에 의해 환산된 유량과 일치하도록 상기 밸브 본체의 개방 정도를 조절하는 개방 정도 조절 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어밸브.
- 냉온수가 유입하는 유로를 개폐하는 밸브 본체를 구비한 유량제어밸브에 있어서, 상기 밸브 본체의 개방 정도를 조절함으로써 공조기를 흐르는 상기 냉온수의 유량을 제어하는 유량제어방법으로서,공조 제어장치로부터의 정보에 따라 상기 공조기의 냉방/난방 운전 모드를 판정하는 냉방/난방 운전 모드 판정 순서와,상기 공조기의 설계 유량을 상기 공조기의 냉방/난방 운전 모드 마다 기억하는 기억 수단으로부터, 상기 냉방/난방 운전 모드 판정 순서로 판정된 모드에 대응하는 설계 유량을 취득하고, 이 설계 유량에 의거하여 상기 공조 제어장치로부터 출력된 조작량을 유량으로 환산하는 유량환산 순서와,상기 유로를 통과하는 냉온수의 유량을 계측하는 유량계측 순서와,이 유량계측 순서에 의해 계측된 통과 유량이 상기 유량환산 순서에 의해 환산된 유량과 일치하도록 상기 밸브 본체의 개방 정도를 조절하는 개방 정도 조절 순서를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량제어방법.
