Claims (6)
- 특정 환자를 위한 심장 중재 시술시 사용을 위한 카테터 추적 공간내에 있는 전자기 또는 음향 기반 카테터의 교정 및 추적을 향상시키는 방법으로서,의료 스캐너로부터 상기 환자의 측정 공간을 위한 한 분량의 심장 이미지 데이터를 상기 중재 시술 동안 또는 이전에 획득하는 단계;각 조직 영역의 의료 이미지를 생성하기 위해 조직에 따라 상기 이미지 데이터를 분할하는 단계;각 조직 영역의 상기 전자기 또는 음향 데이터를 획득하는 단계;상기 환자의 측정 공간 및 상기 추적 공간에 대응하는 모델 공간을 커버하는 하나 이상의 분할된 조직 영역을 위한 전자기 또는 음향 모델 이미지를 생성하기 위해 상기 전자기 또는 음향 데이터를 처리하는 단계로서, 상기 모델 이미지는 상기 데이터의 정확도에 영향을 미치는 카테터 추적 공간 내에서의 하나 이상의 신호 왜곡 영역을 나타내는, 처리하는 단계;상기 카테터 추적 공간과 함께 상기 모델 공간을 등록(register)하는 단계;중재 시술 동안 및 상기 모델 이미지를 참조함으로써 상기 카테터의 추적 거동을 측정하여, 신호 왜곡 효과로부터 발생한 카테터 추적 오류를 결정하는 단계; 및신호 왜곡의 영향을 최소화하기 위해 추적 동안 상기 카테터의 위치를 정정하는 단계를 포함하는, 카테터의 교정 및 추적을 향상시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 한 분량의 심장 이미지 데이터를 중재 시술 동안 또는 이전에 획득하는 단계는,CT 시스템, MR 시스템, 초음파 시스템, 3D 형광 투시 시스템, 및 PET 시스템 중 적어도 하나를 사용하여 한 분량의 심장 이미지 데이터를 중재 시술 이전에 획득하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 카테터의 교정 및 추적을 향상시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조직 영역은, 심장 정맥, 심장 동맥, 또는 대동맥 중 적어도 하나를 추가로 포함하는, 카테터의 교정 및 추적을 향상시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,전자기 모델 이미지를 생성하기 위해 전자기 데이터를 처리하는 단계는, 4D 전기 전도율 모델 이미지를 생성하기 위해 상기 전자기 데이터를 처리하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 카테터의 교정 및 추적을 향상시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,음향 모델 이미지를 생성하기 위해 음향 데이터를 처리하는 단계는, 3D 음속 모델 이미지를 생성하기 위해 상기 음향 데이터를 처리하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 카테터의 교정 및 추적을 향상시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 모델 공간을 등록하는 단계는, 상기 모델 공간 내의 환자에 부착된 전자기 또는 음향의 볼 수 있는 표면 마커를 이용하여 카테터 추적 공간으로 상기 모델 공간을 등록하는 단계를 추가로 포함하되,각 표면 마커의 위치는 카테터 교정 또는 추적 동안 상기 카테터 추적 공간에 있는 마킹된 위치에 놓인 기준 패치의 배치에 대응하는, 카테터의 교정 및 추적을 향상시키는 방법.
