Claims (44)
- 통합(integrated) 액정 디스플레이 터치 스크린으로서,제1 편광자;제2 편광자;디스플레이 제어 회로가 위에 형성되어 있고, 상기 제1 편광자와 상기 제2 편광자 사이에 배치되어 있는 제1 기판;상기 제1 편광자와 상기 제2 편광자 사이에 배치되고 상기 제1 기판에 인접하는 제2 기판; 및상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이가 아닌, 상기 제1 편광자와 상기 제2 편광자 사이에 배치된 적어도 하나의 터치 감지 소자를 포함하는 터치 스크린.

- 제33항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 터치 감지 소자는 상기 제2 기판 상에 형성된 하나 이상의 터치 센서들을 포함하는 휴대용 전화기.
- 제34항에 있어서, 상기 제2 기판 상에 형성된 상기 하나 이상의 터치 센서들은,상기 제2 기판 상에 형성된 제1 복수의 터치 전극들;상기 제1 복수의 터치 전극들 위에 배치된 유전체; 및상기 유전체의 위에 형성된 제2 복수의 터치 전극들을 더 포함하는 휴대용 전화기.
- 제35항에 있어서, 상기 제2 기판 상에 형성된 상기 제1 복수의 터치 전극들은 복수의 구동 전극들을 형성하도록 패터닝된 ITO를 포함하는 휴대용 전화기.
- 제35항에 있어서, 상기 제2 기판 상에 형성된 상기 제1 복수의 터치 전극들은 복수의 감지 전극들을 형성하도록 패터닝된 ITO를 포함하는 휴대용 전화기.
- 제34항에 있어서, 상기 제2 기판 상에 형성된 상기 하나 이상의 터치 센서들은 능동 회로를 포함하는 휴대용 전화기.
- 통합 액정 디스플레이 터치 스크린을 제조하는 방법으로서,액정 디스플레이의 상부 글라스 상에 제1 ITO 층을 패터닝하는 단계;상기 제1 ITO 층 상에 유전층을 배치하는 단계; 및상기 유전층 상에 제2 ITO 층을 패터닝하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
