Claims (4)
- 전주에 장착되어 전선을 지지하거나 절연효과를 갖는 애자에 있어서,일정 길이를 가지며 내측에 소정 중공부(11)가 형성되는 심재(10)와;상기 심재(10) 하단에 일정 깊이 내삽되는 하부 금구(20)와;상기 심재(10)의 상단에 일정 깊이 내삽되어 상면이 오목한 형태로 형성되는 타이톱(30)과;상기 심재(10)와 타이톱(30)의 외주면을 감싸며 다수의 돌출 주름이 형성되는 애자 외피(40)로 구성된 것으로,상기 중공부(11)가 형성된 심재(10)의 양단으로 하부 금구(20)와 타이톱(30)이 내삽 결속되어 기계적 강도 및 절연력이 증대되고, 심재(10)의 중공부(11)로 애자의 중량이 감소하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브형 심재를 구비하는 라인포스트애자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 타이톱(30)은 폴리머(Polymer) 재질로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브형 심재를 구비하는 라인포스트애자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 애자 외피(40)는 폴리머(Polymer) 재질로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브형 심재를 구비하는 라인포스트애자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 선택된 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 하부 금구(20)와 타이톱(30)은 심재(10)에 일정 깊이 내삽된 후, 실리콘(S)을 통해 기밀적으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브형 심재를 구비하는 라인포스트애자.
