Claims (5)
- 텅스텐 분말과 산화물 분말을 1단계로 기계적 합금화시키고, 상기 1단계에서 얻어지는 합금화 분말을 2단계로 전이금속분말과 함께 기계적 합금화 혹은 혼합시켜 산화물 분산강화 텅스텐 중합금 분말을 얻는 2단 기계적 합금화 단계; 및상기 2단 기계적 합금화 단계를 통해 얻어지는 산화물 분산강화 텅스텐 중합금 분말을 성형한 후 소결하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 분산강화 텅스텐 중합금 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2단 기계적 합금화 단계를 통해 얻어지는 산화물 분산강화 텅스텐 중합금 분말에 대해서 상기 산화물 분말은 0.1~5wt% 이고, 상기 텅스텐 분말은 90wt%~98wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 분산강화 텅스텐 중합금 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소결은 수소분위기에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 분산강화 텅스텐 중합금 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 소결단계 이후에 상기 소결 후의 결과물을 질소분위기에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 분산강화 텅스텐 중합금 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 소결이 액상소결인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 분산강화 텅스텐 중합금 제조방법.
