Claims (18)
- 양이온(M)을 포함하는 M-Al-Si-N 시스템으로부터의 나이트리도실리케이트들 등급으로부터의 형광체로서,상기 M은 Ca 단독으로 표현되거나 그룹 Ba, Sr, Mg, Zn, Cd, Li, Na, Cu으로부터의 적어도 하나의 추가 엘리먼트와 Ca의 혼합물로 표현되고, 상기 형광체는 부분적으로 대체하는 그룹 Eu, Ce으로부터의 적어도 하나의 엘리먼트로 활성화되고,상기 형광체는 시스템 M3N2-AlN-Si3N4에 할당될 상을 형성하고, 조성물들 M:Al의 원자 비는 ≥0.375이고 원자 비 Si/Al은 ≥1.4인,형광체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 활성화기는 Eu이고, 상기 형광체는 적색을 방사하는,형광체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 활성화기는 Ce이고, 형광체는 녹색을 방사하고, 활성기는 Eu,Ce이고, 형광체는 녹색 내지 적색을 방사하는,형광체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 형광체는 대략 화학양론 M5-δAl4-2δSi8+2δN18을 가지며, 여기서 |δ|≤0.5인,형광체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 형광체는 대략적으로 화학양론 M5Al4Si8N18을 가지는,형광체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 형광체는 대략적으로 화학양론 M5-δAl4-2δ+ySi8+2δ-yN18-yOy을 가지며, 여기서 |δ|≤0.5이고 0≤y≤2인,형광체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 형광체의 주 파장은 585 내지 620 nm 범위 내에 놓이는,형광체.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 광양자적으로, 상기 형광체는 300 내지 485 범위, 특히 470 nm로 정확하게 여기될 수 있는,형광체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 통상적인 사방정계 단위 셀의 가장 긴 축은 0.950 내지 0.965 내에 놓이는,형광체.
- 300 내지 485 nm의 파장 범위내에서 광학 스펙트럼 범위의 단파 파장의 방사선을 방사하는 일차 방사선 소스를 포함하는 광 소스로서,상기 방사선은 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 적어도 하나의 제 1 형광체에 의해 가시 스펙트럼 범위의 보다 긴 이차 파 방사선으로 전체적으로 또는 부분적으로 전환되는,광 소스.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 사용된 일차 방사선 소스는 InGaN 또는 InGaAlP를 바탕으로 하는 발광 다이오드 또는 특히 인듐 함유 충전물을 가진 저압 또는 고압 바탕 방전 램프, 또는 전계발광 램프인,광 소스.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 일차 방사선의 일부는 추가로 제 2 인광체에 의해 보다 긴 파의 방사선으로 전환되는,광 소스.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 일차 방사선의 일부는 추가로 제 3 형광체에 의해 보다 긴 파로 전환되고, 상기 형광체들은 특히 백색 광을 생성하기에 적당하게 선택 및 혼합되는,광 소스.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 광 소스는 외부 전구에 수용된 방전 용기에 포함된 금속 할로겐 충전물을 가진 고압 방전 램프이고, 제 1 형광체를 포함하는 광 전환 코팅은 외부 전구에 인가되는,광 소스.
- 제 1 항에 따른 고효율 형광체를 형성하는 방법으로서,a) 실질적으로 화학양론 비율에서 시작 물질들 Ca3N2, AlN 및 Si3N4 및 활성화기 선구체, 특히 Eu2O3를 제공하는 단계; 가능하면 바람직하게 플루오르화 플럭스를 부가하는 단게; 예를들어 볼 밀 또는 모르타르 밀에서 이들 시작 물질들을 혼합하는 단계; 및b) 1500 및 1700℃ 사이의 온도들에서 감소 분위기에서 이 혼합물을 어닐링하는 단계를 포함하는,고효율 형광체 형성 방법.
- 적어도 하나의 광 소스를 포함하는 조명 유니트로서,상기 광 소스는 300 내지 485 nm 범위 내의 일차 방사선을 방사하고, 이 방사선은 광 소스의 일차 방사선에 노출된 형광체들에 의해 보다 긴 파의 방사선으로 부분적으로 또는 완전히 전환되고, 상기 전환은 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항에 따른 적어도 나이트리도실리케이트들 등급으로부터 발생하는 형광체의 도움으로 이루어지는,조명 유니트.
