Claims (3)
- 고정측에 설치되고, 제품을 성형하는 캐비티의 일부를 형성하는 제 1 메인코어가 구비되는 제 1 형판과;상기 고정측에 대하여 상대이동하는 가동측에 설치되고, 상기 제 1 메인코어와 함께 캐비티를 형성하는 제 2 메인코어가 구비되는 제 2 형판과;상기 가동측에 이동가능하도록 설치되고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 메인코어와 함께 캐비티를 형성하고, 상기 제 2 메인코어를 향하는 면에 제품의 언더컷부분을 성형하는 언더컷성형부가 형성되며, 상기 언더컷성형부와 연통되어 수지가 유입되는 런너유로가 일측면에 요입되게 형성되고, 상기 제 2 형판에서 경사지게 이동하여 제품의 언더컷부분을 성형함과 동시에 제품을 취출하는 경사코어를 포함하여 구성되는 금형조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 경사코어의 런너유로는 상기 제 2 메인코어의 상면까지 연장되어 수지가 유입되는 스프루와 연통됨을 특징으로 하는 금형조립체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 경사코어는 별도의 구동원에 의해 이동하는 밀판에 의해 이동됨을 특징으로 하는 금형조립체.
