Claims (9)
- 다공질(多孔質)의 소결체(燒結體)로 이루어지는 다공질 소결 기체(基體)(2, 72)와,상기 다공질 소결 기체(2, 72)의 표면에 도장된 수지 조성물(3, 73)을 구비하고 있고,상기 수지 조성물(3, 73)의 두께인 수지층 두께 t1은, 상기 다공질 소결 기체(2, 72)의 표면에 노출하는 공공(空孔, 6)의 깊이인 공공 깊이 t2에 10㎛ 이상 더한 크기인,접동(摺動) 부재(1, 71).
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공공 깊이 t2는 15㎛ 이상인,접동 부재(1, 71).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 수지 조성물(3, 73)은 폴리아미드이미드(polyamideimide)와 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌(polytetrafluoroethylene)을 포함하고 있는,접동 부재(1, 71).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 다공질 소결 기체(2, 72)에 대한 상기 공공(6)의 체적 비율인 공공율은 10 ~ 30%인,접동 부재(1, 71).
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 수지 조성물(3)은, 공기 뽑기에 의하여, 상기 다공질 소결 기체(2)의 표면에 노출하는 공공(6)에 함침되어 있는,접동 부재(1).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 다공질 소결 기체(2)에 포함되는 오일의 함유율은 5중량% 이하인,접동 부재(1).
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재의 접동 부재(1, 71)를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 기계.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 접동 부재(1, 71)가 베어링인,유체 기계.
- 제8항에 있어서,사용되는 냉매가 이산화탄소인,유체 기계.
