Claims (10)
- 발포제가 포함된 스티렌계 수지에 탄소입자를 혼합하여 혼합 조성물을 제조하고;상기 혼합 조성물을 압출하고; 그리고85 내지 100 ℃의 온도에서 상기 압출된 혼합 조성물을 발포제로 함침하는;단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생 스티렌계 수지를 이용한 발포성 폴리스티렌의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌계 수지는 발포 폴리스티렌 감융 폐재, 발포제가 포함된 발포성 폴리스티렌(EPS) 수지; 또는 범용 폴리스티렌(GPPS), 고충격폴리스티렌(HIPS) 수지, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체(ABS), 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체(SAN), 스티렌-메틸메타크릴레이트의 공중합체, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 또는 이들의 2종 이상 혼합물과 상기 발포성 폴리스티렌(EPS) 수지의 블렌드인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 폴리스티렌의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌계 수지는 중량평균분자량 130,000∼300,000 g/mol 인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 폴리스티렌의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소입자는 흑연, 카본블랙 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 폴리스티렌의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소입자는 스티렌계 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 3 내지 10 중량부로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 폴리스티렌의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 조성물은 블로킹 방지제, 난연제 또는 이들의 조합을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 폴리스티렌의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 조성물은 감융 폐재 또는 발포제가 포함된 스티렌계 수지 84∼95 중량%, 블로킹 방지제 0.001∼3 중량%, 난연제 0.001∼3 중량% 및 탄소입자 3∼10 중량%를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 폴리스티렌의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압출된 혼합 조성물에 분산제 및 유화제를 투입한 후, 85 내지 100 ℃의 온도로 상승시킨 다음 발포제를 함침하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 폴리스티렌의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 발포제는 상기 혼합 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여 3 내지 8 중량부가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 폴리스티렌의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조되고, 셀 크기가 0.01 내지 0.05 mm인 재생 스티렌계 수지를 이용한 발포성 폴리스티렌.
