Claims (19)
- 0.1 내지 15 중량%의 우레탄 (메트)아크릴레이트,30 내지 50 중량%의 메틸 메타크릴레이트,15 내지 40 중량%의 (메트)아크릴 중합체 및/또는 공단량체,0 내지 10 중량%의 가교제,0 내지 5 중량%의 촉진제및 기타 보조제 및 첨가제를 함유하는 메타크릴레이트 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서,3 내지 10 중량%의 우레탄 (메트)아크릴레이트,35 내지 45 중량%의 메틸 메타크릴레이트,25 내지 35 중량%의 (메트)아크릴 중합체 및/또는 공단량체,0 내지 3 중량%의 가교제,0 내지 3 중량%의 촉진제및 기타 보조제 및 첨가제를 함유하는 메타크릴레이트 수지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용되는 보조제 및 첨가제가 조절제, 가소제, 안정화제/억제제, 왁스, 오일, 활성화제 및/또는 소포제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메타크릴레이트 수지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용되는 가교제가 다관능성 메타크릴레이트, 예컨대 알릴 메타크릴레이트, 에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 디에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 트리에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 테트라에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 1,3-부탄디올 디메타크릴레이트, 1,4-부탄디올 디메타크릴레이트, 1,6-헥산디올 디메타크릴레이트, 1,12-도데칸디올 디메타크릴레이트, 글리세롤 디메타크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판 트리메타크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 메타크릴레이트 수지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용되는 촉진제가 방향족-치환된 4급 아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 메타크릴레이트 수지.
- 염료, 유리 비드, 미세 및 조대(coarse) 충진제, 습윤제, 분산제 및 유동-조절제, UV 안정화제, 및 레올로지 첨가제를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 메타크릴레이트 수지를 기재로 하는 제제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 무기 안료, 바람직하게는 이산화티탄이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 직경 10 내지 2000 ㎛의 유리 비드 또는 실란처리된 유리 비드가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 제8항에 있어서, 직경 50 내지 800 ㎛의 유리 비드 또는 실란처리된 유리 비드가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 탄산칼슘, 황산바륨, 석영(quartz), 분말 석영, 침강 및 흄드 실리카, 안료 및 크리스토발라이트(cristobalite)의 군으로부터의 미세 충진제가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 사용되는 조대 충진제가 석영, 크리스토발라이트, 강옥(corundum) 및 알루미늄 실리케이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 사용되는 습윤제, 분산제 및 유동-조절제가 바람직하게는 알콜, 탄화수소, 글리콜 유도체, 폴리에테르, 폴리실록산, 폴리카르복실산, 포화 및 불포화 폴리카르복실 아민 아미드, 및 글리콜산 에스테르, 아세트산 에스테르 및 폴리실록산의 유도체의 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 사용되는 UV 안정화제가 벤조페논 유도체, 벤조트리아졸 유도체, 티오잔토네이트 유도체, 피페리디놀-카르복실산 에스테르 유도체 또는 신남 산 에스테르 유도체의 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 사용되는 레올로지 첨가제가 폴리히드록시카르복사미드, 우레아 유도체, 불포화 카르복실산 에스테르의 염, 산성 인산 유도체의 알킬암모늄 염, 케톡심(ketoxime), p-톨루엔술폰산의 아민 염, 술폰산 유도체의 아민 염 및 상기 화합물들의 수용액 또는 유기 용액 또는 혼합물의 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 제6항에 있어서, BET 표면적이 10 내지 700 nm2/g인 흄드 또는 침강 실리카를 기재로 하는 레올로지 첨가제가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 제6항에 있어서, BET 표면적이 10 내지 700 nm2/g인 실란처리된 흄드 또는 침강 실리카를 기재로 하는 레올로지 첨가제가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 도로 표시 및 바닥 코팅용 제제의 제조를 위한 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 메타크릴레이트 수지의 용도.
- 아스팔트, 콘크리트 및 점토(earthenware)에의 바닥 코팅 및 도로 표시를 위한 제6항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제제의 용도.
- 노후된 코팅 및 표시의 수선(renovation)을 위한 제6항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제제의 용도.
