Claims (4)
- 아연도금강판의 레이저 용접방법에 있어서,상호 겹치기 용접할 아연도금강판 중, 하나의 아연도급강판 단면상의 용접라인을 따라 그 양측방에 전도용접구간의 레이저빔을 이용하여 강판의 열변형에 의한 다수개의 엠보싱 돌기를 생성하는 제1단계;상기 제1단계에서, 단면상에 다수개의 엠보싱 돌기를 생성한 아연도금강판의 상기 엠보싱 돌기 생성면에 대응하여 용접할 다른 아연도금강판을 겹쳐서 지그상에 로딩하는 제2단계;상기 제2단계에서 서로 겹쳐진 각 아연도금강판의 그 용접라인을 따라 키홀용접구간의 레이저빔으로 레이저 용접작업을 진행하는 제3단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연도금강판의 레이저 용접방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 레이저빔은Nd:YAG 레이저발진기로부터 발진되는 Nd:YAG 레이저빔으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연도금강판의 레이저 용접방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 엠보싱 돌기는상기 아연도금강판의 단면상에 용접라인을 따라 그 양측방의 서로 다른 위치에 지그재그 형상으로 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연도금강판의 레이저 용접방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 엠보싱 돌기는상기 그 높이가 0.2mm 이내로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연도금강판의 레이저 용접방법.
