Claims (10)
- 고밀도폴리에틸렌(HDPE) 수지 55∼90 중량%;나일론 11, 나일론 12 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 폴리아미드계 수지 5∼40 중량%;상용화제로서 고밀도폴리에틸렌과 무수말레인산(maleic anhydride) 또는 아크릴산(acrylic acid)의 공중합체 1∼20 중량%; 및를 포함하는 차단성 폴리올레핀/나일론계 블렌드 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고밀도폴리에틸렌수지의 융융 지수(MI)가 6∼10의 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차단성 폴리올레핀/나일론계 블렌드 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드계 수지의 융융 지수(MI)가 15∼40의 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차단성 폴리올레핀/나일론계 블렌드 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상용화제는 HDPE; 및 무수말레인산 또는 아크릴산을 열중합법 또는 광조사법에 의하여 공중합하여 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 차단성 폴리올레핀/나일론계 블렌드 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상용화제의 공중합율이 1/600∼1/200 범위인 것을 특 징으로 하는 차단성 폴리올레핀/나일론계 블렌드 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 나노클레이(nanoclay), 또는 에틸렌/프로필렌/디엔 공중합체 엘라스토머(EPDM)를 1∼20 중량%의 함량으로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차단성 폴리올레핀/나일론계 블렌드 수지 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 나노클레이는 비극성 유기화제로 층상의 점토 화합물을 개질 처리한 유기화 점토를 사용하여 제조된 나노복합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 차단성 폴리올레핀/나일론계 블렌드 수지 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌/프로필렌/디엔 공중합체 엘라스토머는 에틸렌 함량이 60∼80 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 차단성 폴리올레핀/나일론계 블렌드 수지 조성물.
- a) 고밀도폴리에틸렌(HDPE) 수지 55∼90 중량%, 나일론 11, 나일론 12 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 저융점의 폴리아미드계 수지 5∼40 중량%, 및 고밀도폴리에틸렌과 무수말레인산(maleic anhydride) 또는 아크릴산(acrylic acid)의 공중합체 1∼20 중량%를 원료로서 압출기로 도입하는 단계; 및b) 상기 원료를 180∼210℃에서 용융 컴파운딩하는 단계;를 포함하는 차단성 폴리올레핀/나일론계 블렌드 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, c) 상기 용융 컴파운딩된 수지 조성물을 펠렛화하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차단성 폴리올레핀/나일론계 블렌드 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
