Description
Claims (17)
- 스크류 샤프트 압출기(screw shaft extruder)를 사용하여 중합체 성분을 혼합하고 용융시키고 휘발성 성분을 제거하는, 휘발성 화합물의 총 잔류 함량이 1 중량% 미만이고 적어도 1종의 중합체는 열에 노출시 단량체 또는 올리고머로 분해되는 것인 2종 이상의 중합체의 배합 방법으로서,(i) 압출기가 1개 이상의 용융 대역, 2개 이상의 탈기 대역 및 연행제(entraining agent)를 위한 1개 이상의 혼합 대역을 갖는 것이고,(ii) 중합체 용융물에 도입되고 휘발성 화합물과 함께 압출기로부터 제거되는 비활성 연행제를 사용하여 탈기를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연행제를 500 mbar 미만의 감압 pabs를 가하여 휘발성 화합물과 함께 압출기로부터 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 질소, 영족 기체(noble gas) 또는 이산화탄소를 연행제로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체가 열가소성 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리스티렌, 폴리스티렌 공중합체 또는 폴리스티렌 그래프트 공중합체, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리알킬렌 및 폴리아미드로 이루어진 제1 군으로부터 선택되는 중합체 ("분해 중합체"), 및 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리에스테르 카르보네이트 및 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트로 이루어진 제2 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 중합체 ("비분해 중합체")를 중합체로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 그래프트 공중합체와 폴리카르보네이트의 조합을 중합체로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2종 이상의 중합체가 폴리스티렌, 폴리스티렌 공중합체 또는 폴리스티렌 그래프트 공중합체, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리알킬렌 및 폴리아미드로 이루어진 분해 중합체의 군으로부터 선택되고, 중합체로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단량체 분해 중합체와 나머지 비분해 중합체 사이의 두 중합체 성분의 혼합 비가 1 대 10 내지 2 대 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연행제의 첨가 및 휘발성 성분의 제거를 다수의 단계, 특히 2 또는 3 단계, 특히 바람직하게는 2 단계로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이중- 또는 다중-샤프트 스크류 압출기, 특히 이중-샤프트 스크류 압출기를 압출기로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 스크류 압출기가 샤프트가 동방향회전(co-rotation) 이중-샤프트 스크류 압출기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 압출기의 스크류 샤프트의 길이 대 직경 비가 32 내지 44인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1개 이상의 용융 대역, 2개의 탈기 대역, 연행제를 위한 1개 내지 2개의 혼합 대역 및 계량(metering) 대역을 가지는 압출기를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1개 이상의 용융 대역, 2개의 탈기 대역, 연행제를 위한 2개의 혼합 대역 및 계량 대역을 가지는 압출기를 사용 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연행제의 양이 출발 물질의 총 처리량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 0.5%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용융물로 충전된 스크류 구획으로의 연행제의 첨가를 혼합 대역 내에서 또는 스크류의 혼합 대역 직전에 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 중합체 성분의 모든 휘발성 성분의 총 함량이 1 중량% 미만인 중합체 혼합물의 제조를 위한 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법의 용도.
