Claims (4)
- 둘레방향을 따라 번갈아 자극이 교대되는 링형상의 로터 자석(126)과, 상기 로터 자석(126)의 직경방향 외측면(126e) 및 축방향 측면(126u, 126d)의 직경방향 외측쪽의 일부를 덮는 요크(124)를 갖는 로터(12)와,상기 로터 자석(126)의 직경방향 내측면(126i)과 대향하는 티스(1422)에 코일(144)이 감겨 걸쳐진 스테이터(14)를 구비하는 아우터 로터 모터(1).
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 직경방향 외측면(126e)으로부터 상기 축방향 측면(126u, 126d)의 직경방향 외측쪽에 이르는 연속되는 범위를 일체의 상기 요크(124)로 끊김없이 덮는 아우터 로터 모터(1).
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 로터 자석(126)이 플라스틱 자석으로 구성되는 아우터 로터 모터(1).
- 링형상의 로터 자석(126)과, 상기 로터 자석(126)의 직경방향 외측면(126e) 및 축방향 측면(126u, 126d)의 직경방향 외측쪽을 덮는 요크(124)를 일체화하는 공정(S101)과,상기 로터 자석(126)과 상기 요크(124)의 일체화와 동시에 또는 일체화의 후 에, 둘레방향을 따라 번갈아 자극이 교대되도록 상기 로터 자석을 착자하는 공정(S102)을 구비하는 아우터 로터 모터(1)의 제조 방법.
