Claims (11)
- 램프의 광원을 둘러싸는 석영 유리로 된 엔벨로프(1)를 포함하는 램프 - 상기 엔벨로프(1)의 석영 유리 재료에는 전기 도전체(8)가 적어도 부분적으로 매립됨 - 로서,상기 도전체(8)의 부분의 표면 중 적어도 일부분에는 상기 표면에서 브러시형 구조를 형성하는 융기부(protrusions; 15)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 융기부(15)는 10㎛ 내지 35㎛ 사이, 바람직하게는 15㎛ 내지 25㎛ 사이의 평균 길이를 갖는 램프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 브러시형 구조(15) 내 재료 밀도는 20% 내지 80% 사이이고, 브러시형 구조(15)는 동일한 재료로 된 고체 구조의 기계적 유연성 및 변형 가능성보다 실질적으로 높은 기계적 유연성 및 변형 가능성을 갖는 램프.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도전체(8)의 표면 중 상기 일부분에는 오목부(recesses; 14, 18)가 제공되고, 상기 융기부는 바람직하게는 상기 도전체(8)의 상기 일부분의 표면에 있는 하나 이상의 홈(grooves; 14)인 상기 오목부(14, 18)의 에지(edges)에 위치되는 램프.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도전체(8)의 표면의 브러시형 구조(15)는 25㎛ 폭 미만의 존(zone) 내에서 확장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 도전체(8)의 표면 중 상기 일부분은, 상기 도전체(8)의 재료가 국부적으로 분리되어 상기 도전체(8)의 표면에서 융기부(15)를 형성하도록 레이저 빔에 의해 처리되는 램프.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도전체(8)의 재료는 텅스텐이거나, 텅스텐 합금 또는 도핑된 텅스텐인 램프.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도전체(8)의 재료는 Mo, Ta, Re, In과 같은 내화 금속의 그룹 중에서 텅스텐 이외의 순수하거나, 도핑되거나, 합금질의 다른 금속인 램프.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도전체(8)는 상기 엔벨로프(1)의 석영 유리 재료에 부분적으로 매립된 전극봉(electrode rode; 8, 9)인 램프.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 램프는 고압 가스 방전 램프이고, 상기 전극봉(8, 9)은 석영 유리 엔벨로프(1)의 밀봉된 부분(4, 5)에 매립되는 램프.
- 램프의 광원을 둘러싸는 석영 유리로 된 엔벨로프를 포함하는 램프 - 상기 엔벨로프(1)의 석영 유리 재료에는 전기 도전체(8)가 적어도 부분적으로 매립됨 - 를 제조하는 방법으로서,상기 도전체(8)의 부분의 표면 중 적어도 일부분은 도전체(8)의 재료가 국부적으로 분리되어 도전체(8)의 표면에서 융기부(15)를 형성하도록 레이저 빔에 의해 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프 제조 방법.
